Richard did an amazing job! Happy to be supporting a local family owned business. Service was fast and priced well. 100% recommended looking at Teal Town for your HVAC needs. Talking with Richard he knew exactly what the problem was and had my furnace working in no time at all. I can't say it enough but service and value was excellent. During times like this where it feels like everyone is trying to overcharge or sell you something you don't need it was great working with a family owned company providing the service we needed.

Richard was quick to respond to my service requested. His availability was flexible and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. He was able to diagnose my issue and was very thorough when checking the issue with the AC system. He was able to get the part and repair within the same day and showed me the old part he replaced.
