Would not provide a quote without sending a service tech out, even though I had a quote with a specific scope of work from another company. The service call would have incurred a charge, and would not have been applied to any work performed. The individual I spoke with also said he didn't have access to pricing. I went with a company that was more transparent.

Everything went great. I had a number of issues that needed to be addressed. The technician, Mauricio, was knowledgeable, courteous and kind. He spoke with me regarding each situation, what needed to be done, additional suggestions and walked me through each area of concern, before and after. I had also asked him a couple of questions that were not specifically electrical in nature do Mauricio contacted a co-worker he felt could better answer my questions. I have used TE for plumbing and electrical. Michael from electrical is hands down the best. He installed an electric panel and recently called to have him come back out and install some light fixtures and recess lights. He is friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable.
