The guys did an awesome job servicing and updating my AC/Heating system. We are happy with the service we received.

They cost a lot, but they do the job quickly, safely and professionally with polite attitudes. And, it's got a lifetime guarantee so if something goes wrong, they come and fix it. He fixed over 10 outlets throughout the house and changed them over to GFI since they all kept tripping and rewired the box to meet code which I have no idea if that is a thing, but he did it same day within hours. It was kind of expensive for that part (~$100/ outlet with box included). He then put in two fans in bathrooms and wired them to separate switches from the lights for less than $300/ fan. That is reasonable since I had it done at another house for more $ from a place my rental company used. The other company installed a junk fan too.

A tad but pricey but but they gave excellent customer service. Very good follow up until your preset appointment arrival.

Interviewed three companies for a septic to sewer conversion--2 of the companies spent less than 10 minutes on the property and one of the representatives was intoxicated. TE spent 2 hours crawling under the house, walking the property, inspecting all of the plumbing and explaining everything along the way. The first quote was """"maybe $ YX price, we'll call you"""" and they came back with """"I think we can do it for $XY+3k"""". The second was $10k higher. TE gave a quote that was lower than the other two and the final bill was lower than their initial quote. They showed up on time, were really nice, respectful of the landscaping and the neighbors, and finished earlier than they said. We didn't choose them just for the price--they just were rock, solid, good!

Dell from TE was wonderful! He quickly assessed and repaired our bathtub. Would 100% call him for future repairs! Highly recommend this company and Dell!

I sent a request for them to come to give an estimate but they never called and even replied, very poor customer service oriented business

Very transparent. He would show pictures of everything he's looked at, and explain the places he wants to troubleshoot next and how he'll do that. I felt very confident in paying the money needed to replace the parts that he identified were the issues. It was a hard issue and he stayed as long as needed until seeing it through to a solution.

We've had to call 3 times in the last month for 3 separate issues. They were professional & on time. I do like that they have a lifetime warranty on the work they do. Highly recommend.

I called to schedule an appointment for my HVAC preventative maintenance for the warmer months ahead of us.Their employee who answered my call told me """"we won't be scheduling preventative maintenance service until SEPTEMBER"""" This is April. I've used this company for my electrical work before they started doing plumbing and HVAC. The bigger these companies get. The worst they become. I guess it's safe to say there isn't enough money to be made in the preventative stage. Call us when your shit actual breaks. Once they hit their slow season.They'll send you coupons for promotions.No thank you. My response to the owner response: Go and help the community that you service. Out here chasing down customer reviews. Do better.

Used for HVAC service. Great customer service, friendly, good communication, stayed on the job until all issues were addressed. Would recommend. Rating would be 5 stars if the cost were lower.
