Called them over for some """"flickering lights"""". Wound up needing to completely replace the fuse box. I believed them because nothing in my house was ever done to code. Everything from speaking to them on the phone to arrange the appointment to speaking with the servicemen was done very professionally. They were on time. It cost $1800 to replace the box. I have no idea how whether that's a good price or not and since it had to be replaced that moment since it was broken I had to go ahead. The electrician said it was mid-range, but considering the warranty and the service I had so far I was """"ok"""" with it. One thing I'm very happy with is everything with them is digital... paying, receipts, invoices. I didn't have to worry about any paperwork.

Craig Garnto did a wonderful job with adding two light fixtures to our kitchen ceiling, just above our kitchen island. He gave me several different options/estimates, and explained why they were all different costs, which I really appreciated. He did the job the same day-- he was fast, efficient, and very personable. Just by talking to him, you can tell he loves what he does. The light fixtures make all the difference in my kitchen--they are beautiful and he did a great job. Thank you Craig!!

Joaquin came out and diagnosed the problem in a couple of minutes, the fact that he spoke Spanish was a plus since my wife does not speak English and was able to understand what was happening, he was very professional and helped us understand the basic workings of our electrical system and this is very helpful as we're new homeowners. The whole experience was very positive, Joaquin came out within hours of my call and had us up and running in less than 30 minutes. The one reason I would not give this 5 stars is the price. $149 just to diagnose is a little steep, and I would recommend braking down that fee into something more appropriate to the problem, perhaps have different fees depending how involved/complicated the diagnosis is. All in all not bad service.

I'm sure there are cheaper out there. But the prices are reasonable and I always know the job will be done right. Extremely easy online scheduling at 12pm for an appt that morning. I don't even call anyone else anymore.

Great service. They were able to send someone within the hour even though my case was not urgent. The electrician diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and shared some pointers with me along the way. I thought the price was a bit steep but I cannot complain about the timeliness or service. You do get what you pay for.

We had Thomas come out today to hang a ceiling fan on a 17 ft high ceiling, fix our doorbell, and replace incandescent bulbs with LED lights in fixtures too high for our ladder to reach. He was quick, kind, efficient, and his work was of very high quality. We are extremely happy to have found TE Electricians and to have had Thomas work with us.
