With 25 years as a licensed contractor in California, I bring extensive experience. My experience in the trades spans over 30 years. I have primarily worked in the San Francisco Bay area and Sacramento. My expertise includes custom kitchen designs, bathroom renovations, and home expansions. Working alongside architects, structural engineers, and building departments has been a key part of my work. This ensures that all my projects comply with local city and state codes.

7. Trim work for both interior and exterior, including casings, baseboards, crown moulding, and closet inserts
8. Installing cabinets in kitchens, bathrooms, and garages
9. Installing sheetrock, including taping and texturing

12. Plumbing services, including gas or electric water heater installations, copper work, PEX A, cast-iron, and ABS drains and vents, gas work, tub and toilet installations, dishwashers, and all finish plumbing fixtures
