A leaking problem was getting down to our downstairs neighbors and they came in flushed and they said there was nothing then they came back and replaced the wax ring and still didn't fix the problem. Then they found it coming from the shower and they never told us they were going to break our shower wall and didn't have permission from the owner of this place. Then they didn't fix the spot they broke. Then a yr later it was going on again so we got our own plumber and they found the leak from the toilet because they screwed it to a board that was rotting.

We called them to detect a sewer pipe leak. During the first day, the pump to blow up the test ball failed. Had to wait to get a replacement. Half way into the day, they stated they are having issues getting a good seal as the 3 inch ball was too big and 2 inch was too small. Instead of calling it a day to get another test ball, they continued all day. They came back another day with a different test ball and was able to locate the leak within a couple of hours. When we got the invoice we were totally shocked at what they charged for. They charged us for ALL the hours worked even though the first day they were using faulty/incorrect equipment and heeded no results. On top of the $175 per hour rate, they charged for EVERYTHING from 3 x USB for the camera images at $20 each.. yes $60 for USB drives that are given our free at events. As they access our house, they charged for plastic covering and duct tape.... Yes $3 for duct tape. I was surprised they didn't charge me for COVID-19 face masks. I've never seen anything like it. Then, we asked several times for the cost of repairing the leak and nothing. We used another company (Aubrey plumbing) and they were amazing. TCS were simply money grabbers... avoid them with a large sewer pipe.

I am so glad I called TCS to fix a gas leak. The job was done as fast as possible and done so very well.

Amber was beyond patient with this nervous, stressed-out homeowner. So kind. She is a prize. It's also wonderful to deal with a company that answers the phone. This is a huge, huge plus.

Ryan and Gabriel were so professional and knowledgeable. Ryan made sure to explain everything happening step by step. That was greatly appreciated. Both men were also patient and understanding with all my concerns. They did a great job and were so very pleasant to deal with. Finding gas leaks is not all that easy as I found out. They did a brilliant job.

I hope to never have another gas leak but I will know who to call. I know there will be other plumbing needs from time to time so I will also know who to call for those. I have used another couple of plumbing companies that I like and who are very good, but you guys have won me over. Two big reasons are the ease of contacting your company and the speed of response.

I called TCS because my water heater was leaking and had a great experience from the beginning. Cheyenne was outstanding getting me taken care of from the office and the plumbers that came out were polite and really cared about taking care of my problem. I will only use TCS from now on!

Hired TCS plumbing to cut/cap a couple sink lines, and replace a couple faulty valves for a renovation I'm doing. Got sticker shock when they charged me nearly $600 for a couple hours work and the basic parts that were needed. The parts markup from this company is over 400%. I understand that you need to get paid and cover administrative costs, but surely $160 an hour for labor is enough? If not, provide a fair reflection of the cost with an adjustment to your labor rate, don't spring hidden costs on the customer with unreasonable markup for materials.

They located the wrong water leak in my home which only searched for less than an hour. Put me off for days without calling me to say anything or giving me a bid I asked for. I Called another plumbing co who came out immediately and took them 3 or 4 hours to find leak which was 20 ft from where TCS said. I have a hole dug in my hardwood floors that was unnecessary. This will cost me so much more for no reason. Their response is sometimes in hardwood floors can't find so what do they do go around digging holes where there isn't a leak ??? Would never use or recommend them !
