Terence from TCR has been out to our place on 2 separate jobs. He knocked it out of the park on both of them.
The first was a leak from the upstairs through the downstairs ceiling. Terence identified the source immediately and repaired it. Another plumbing company wanted to re-do the entire bathroom, including the shower. Terrence was able to do the repair in under a day.
The second job, Terence was able to fix a poorly installed shower valve. He fixed it perfectly.
I would highly recommend Terence. He is professional, knowledgeable and has a great attitude.

Had a problem with our grinder pump. Difficult to diagnose . Michael and Casey stayed with the problem and solved it. Unfortunately a major replacement but it works great! Michael also returned and handled several other plumbing issues i had. Very knowledgeable Professional and courteous! Recommend for all your plumbing needs!

We had to call (Jan 2023) for a re-do of an early 2022 replacement of lavatory parts. Rude Harrison did the original work, which now leaks like a sieve, and he again came to THIS redo call. At his arrival, he was off, unsettled, as if in a daze. He looked at the issues, and said in friendly way- ""haven't seen you since January"". He tried to deny he had been here, that is- until I showed him the invoice with the 2022 work and his name on it. ""Oh."" He thrust the invoice back at me. He took 1.5 hrs of grumbling, going back & forth to his truck, muttering, and after that, was STILL on part 1 of 4, at a quoted $120/hr had passed, so we asked for status, diagnosis, update, anything. He said tersely, ""It had a leak"". We asked for more, and it was like pulling teeth. ""What is the average life of an angle stop and supply line replacement?"" Him: ""Could be a day, who knows."" (really?) We politely pressed for info about what went wrong, and what he'd done to correct it. He grew defensive, would not give info. He had not even done the other two minor dripping water issues. He stormed out without turning the water back on, shouting ""fuck you"" as he exited. We called mgmt right away- Cheryl and Matty seemed genuinely mortified, very apologetic, offered to send another plumber out to right the wrong, Cheryl, the Mgr, kindly said: no charge on labor, only parts"". We accepted the apology and the offer, the new man Kyle arrived, did the work right, was professional, explained all, cleaned up, BUT then... CHARGED US for parts AND LABOR! Well, so much for their heartfelt apology. Oh, by the way...the original part, work done by angry, cussing first man- Harrison, IS SLOW-LEAKING, 15 minutes after the 2nd plumber's departure. You know how you can tell if TCR is lying to you? Their lips are moving! I recommend anyone but them. $196 paid only because we didn't want a second scene.

Have Airbnb in Flagstaff. Guest had issue with shower not turning off. It was Saturday and TCR was responsive which is reason for 2 stars vs 1. Charged $165/hr emergency rate. Said they fixed issue after 2hrs of labor. Following guests checked in and had same issue first time shower was used. For that price you expect more reliable service....

We've used them dozens of times since 2000, most recently for installing a new hot water heater, and dealing with a leaking sink. We've had generally excellent experiences. They handled both after-hour emergencies and normal ""my sink is leaking"" problems professionally and quickly. The one time we had an issue, the supervisor took care of the problem and apologized; we're very satisfied with them.

We hired them to do the plumbing in our brand new remodeled bathroom. Our cabin is a vacation rental so we were not there and a month later we came and we noticed that the bathtub faucet had a very slow flow. And the shower had the temperatures flipped.
I called them asking them to fix it, over the phone she said she was going to consult it and call me back. She said they could not do anything about it.
My handyman was able to do it! ridiculous.
Paying more than 1,000 for that and not do it right? I will say embarrasing.
