Terence Austin just left my home after some sink drainage work. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation & was working on the problem immediately. He was smart, pleasant to deal with & he put up with barking dogs!! I'll use TCR for all my plumbing needs, especially Terence!!

Wish I had read these reviews before hiring them to replace a leaky hose Bibb three years ago. After three years and repair which didn't correct, then new Bibb replaced today, I'm out $390.00 for a hose bib (outdoor faucet). They apparently don't care about their customers. Will never use them again!

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. I've used them in the past and had a bad experience but I had no choice but to call them again. I explained what the issue was and they assured me someone would come out and fix it.
Of course they got my address wrong so we corrected that. The plumber showed up (who could barely muster enough energy to get to the door).
I showed him the issue he seem to be on top of it and I asked if he needed anything at all. He said no. Not 30 seconds later he was at my front door telling me he did not want to dig and therefore he could not get to the pipe to resolve the issue. I could see in the dirt that he did attempt to dig. There was at least 6 inches of dirt removed. Kudos!
I picked up my shovel and started digging, my wife called the home office understand why they could not follow through on the repair. They simply had absolutely no customer service or really any desire to meet our needs at all.
Two people told me not to call TCR, but I needed the work done so I called them anyway. Next time I will listen. I would not give these people a lick of business.
Whether it's leadership, ownership or their employees the product is simply terrible.

Hands down my go to plumber ! We had a water leak and the last few days the noise got stronger. We called them and they were here working 24 hours . Very friendly and hard working ! We threw our kitchen sink repair in on top of that ! Will use them for everything we need in the future! Thank you , your company and your crews !

Subsequently we found out the water heater exhaust was poorly located and has been funneling exhaust into our home ever since installed. We are paying someone else to fix it.

Lord forbid if you need something on the weekend ... $150 per hour! Unless plumbers are also now doctors this is just plain stupid. I hope you guys need help sometime and they stick it to you hard! : (
