TCI is now my ""go to"" for all things irrigation!

I had some egress windows installed and in the process, that company damaged the main valve for my sprinkler system. The crappy thing is, I had to find this out on my own. The guys shut off the valve. Then never turned it back on. So when I went to turn it on, it flooded the valve box. Called that company and they advised it could've cracked due to another cause (but that's another review for later) getting no help from the egress contractor, I called TCI, they were busy, but said they could get out in two days, they were courteous, accommodating, did quality work, for a reasonable price. They were on time, diagnosed the issue straight away and completed the job quickly (2 hours) I got the bill about a month later. Very reasonable!! Would highly recommend!

TCI responded very quickly a couple times to a sewage back up problem in our house, including a Saturday night and another after hours incident. Rob, Norman, and Jake were very professional in analyzing and coming up a cost-effective solution. The repairs were made, and the area was clean before they left. They laid down clothes in the pathways as not to soil the carpets and floors. A TCI live video inspection showing the results of their repairs from the house to the city sewage piping with the homeowner present gave me the confidence that we should not have any more issues. Thaks to all at TCI for a job well done.

When our well and water system began to fail this year, we called several businesses for help. TCI responded and worked on it that very day. When the first repair didn't correct our overall problem -- a water intake that clogged with silt over the years -- they put in a whole new intake system for our pond. In a year where the pandemic has made it tough to find parts and labor to do all the work needing done, TCI stepped up to get our repairs made as quickly and inexpensively as possible.

Do not recommend for plumbing needs! They Nickel-and-dime you and I dare you to call and talk to different people for a price quote see how many different prices you get... Mine varied by hundreds of dollars per 3 different ppl! Look how they left my water heater and charged me for an hour when they were here 20 minutes:
