Not Good. Do not hire TCH they are dishonest and incompetent. They had to come back multiple times to fix their own mistakes which also caused additional damage. In my opinion, their workers are negligent, and their practices of lying for the benefit of others in conflict of interest is deceptive and malicious. One of the plumbers made a direct threat and acted very unprofessionally. Stay away!

I have been referring and using TCH Plumbing for any plumbing needs for over 3 years. They have always had a quick response and done a great job with clean outs, fixing leaks, replacing valves and soon a new water heater for me in a house we just bought. One of my friends had a sewer line issue and one company told her should would have to rip up 24' of flooring to access a sunken water line, I referred TCH and through their detailed inspection they only recommended 8' of flooring to be removed to make the repair, this of course was significantly less in cost than her previous quotes and she was Thrilled!. TCH is always out to be fair in pricing and their integrity has shown through. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I called this company because they were listed as approved on the vendor list for my HOA. I was so glad I did! They came out in a little over an hour and Jerin, the plumber they sent was so nice and helpful. He explained lots of things to me that I would never had known. The work was excellent! If I ever need another plumber they will be my choice!

Had to call these guys on New Year's Day for an appt on Jan 2. They were friendly, efficient and affordable. The plumber who showed up knew exactly what needed to be done and jumped right in.

The water was set to be turned off for my town home complex at 9am, to my surprise if got shut off at 8:31am! I called the property management company and they didn't know why it was shut off early. While taking my dogs for a walk I saw a TCH van and thought I'd ask the technician (in this case Brandon, he didn't give a last name). He told me the HOA told him to shut it off early and drove to another part of the complex, so I called the property management company back, they said they told him 9am. I found Brandon again on my walk and asked him who with the HOA advised him, this time he said it was his company not the HOA who said to shut it off early. I called TCH they said they were already working on getting to the bottom of the problem and would call me right back. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and returned my phone call promptly and said Brandon read his paperwork wrong and would be spoken with.

Long story short, Brandon gets 0 stars in my book, he read his paperwork wrong and was unprofessional when I was trying to get to the bottom of the problem. However the rest of the company was very nice and handled the problem with class, so they get 5 stars. Which is why my combined rating is 4 stars.

Extremely pleased Snowbird in Phoenix! While fixing our main toilet our water supply line cracked behind the wall. My wife and I shut off the main water supply to our condo and started calling various plumbers in the Phoenix area. Our HOA management company recommended TCH Plumbing. We called and spoke with Brooke, she quickly scheduled one of their plumbers and within the hour Ethan called and stated he was on his way to fix our problem. Ethan quickly assessed the problem (cracked CPVC pipe) and within 45 minutes Ethan cut open the wall (small section of drywall had to be removed for access), cut out the cracked pipe section, added a new 1/4 shut off valve, added a new water supply hose to our toilet, tested/checked for leaks, and cleaned up the work site. Ethan was professional, courteous, and friendly. To top off our good experience, TCH Plumbing did not charge a fee to come out to our residence like most plumbers but there was a minimum charge of one hour of labor ($104). At the end, we paid for materials ($12) and one hour of labor ($104) for a total of $116. We highly recommend TCH Plumbing and will call them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Andy is honest, reliable, and responsible. I normally am not comfortable with service men coming to my house while I'm gone and my wife's home. Andy didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. My last plumber didn't know what he was doing. My toilet was leaking in the back and Andy fixed it. Not only did he fix it, he even sealed the base of my toilet and did a super clean job. If your looking for quality work and great customer service, Andy is your guy!

Efficient, reliable, and reasonably priced.

In the past two months, I have had to perform a number of plumbing repairs at both my home and at my rental property in central Phoenix. I talked to several plumbers in the Valley before choosing TCH Plumbing. The reasons for my choice were: TCH was very responsive, both technicians who performed the repairs were very efficient and knowledgeable, and TCH charges by the hour (unlike all the other plumbers who could only quote by task).

For my home plumbing repair, they were available to come out the next day or same day. I pre-purchased all the plumbing fixtures, except for a shower valve/cartridge that required disassembly. Then technician Charles came, he quickly took apart my shower valve which requires a rare cartridge, drove out to buy the correct part, came back, and installed it in my shower within a couple of hours. He also wasted no time in putting in my new plumbing fixtures around my home.

My rental property needed more extensive repairs. A pipe had a large crack in it, allowing rodents to go into and out of a wall between my kitchen and bathroom. Technician Andy performed the initial camera-ing of the system to identify and locate the crack, and he also came back to tear down the wall, cut out the pipe, and replaced it. The pipe replacement work was done efficiently, within 3-4 hours.
