We came home from a vacation to a major leak in a shower valve. Thomas was very responsive to arrange Eric to come out and do the repairs. Turns out not only was the valve a problem but the plumbing was in need of repair. Access to the plumbing was difficult and Eric found a clever way and did an expert job at putting it all together. He was prompt, courteous and did an excellent job. While it was a costly repair, the value is good because of the fast response and professional work. I am very pleased and strongly recommend TCF. They are now my go-to plumbers.

Random pipe backup. Was flooding the laundry room and spreading through the back wall to new carpet. We needed an emergency plumber. After reading various reviews and landed on Thomas and TCF. On a Sunday morning he was there within an hour. He quickly diagnosed that it was a grease backup from our kitchen sink causing the laundry pipe to backup. He snaked it, and had us run hot water and Dawn down the pipes. 45 minutes later, it's fixed. Thomas is great, and it was my Mom's house. He made her feel at ease and didn't charge much for emergency plumbing services. He met the dogs, and my turtle even.
Good guy, good company, fast response, fair pricing. He saved our new carpet.

Incredible service. Had a heating emergency during the recent cold front/snow storm. Thomas showed up quickly, immediately diagnosed the issue, and fixed it--all within 30 minutes. Absolutely recommend--and this will be my go-to for any issues going forward!

TCF emergency plumbing did an excellent job. No upsell , no ""oh you have to replace the whole unit"". TCF came out to fix a boiler of mine that went out. I had no heat or hot water. Called on a Sunday and they offered to come out that day. It was not an easy diagnosis but TCF figured it out. TCF was more interested in fixing the problem not trying to figure out how much money they could get out of us. Most companies today really are more interested it getting your money rather than just fixing what needs to be fixed.
I would completely recommend TCF emergency plumbing.
