I called Thomas this morning because my heater went out and it's getting very cold out. I was nervous I would be buying a bunch of space heaters. Thomas answered right away and said he could be at my house at 5pm to help. Before he arrived, he asked me questions to figure out the problem. I texted him photos and model number info. We were able to identify the broken part so he would have it ready right away. He gave me the price upfront too.
He arrived right on time, wore a mask, put on booties and got right to work. It's 5:37pm and he's already gone and my house is getting warm again. I highly recommend calling Thomas when you need anything HVAC related (probably plumbing too). Thank you, Thomas!

Our two-month-old built-in LG oven stopped working in the middle of preparing Friday night dinner. On Saturday morning, we used Yelp to request an electrician, and Thomas was the first to respond. He arrived just before noon and quickly identified the problem as a loose neutral wire. Although he said he did not work on appliances, he helped my husband remove the oven from the wall and then fixed the loose wire--the product of a bad install by the CostCo appliance team. He also did not charge anything since it was such a small fix, but we paid him anyway. We would definitely recommend Thomas and will very likely be using him again for our other electrical, plumbing and HVAC needs.

Super knowledgable, nice, quick and efficient. He troubleshot and caught a few minor problems that could become big air conditioning and furnace problems in a quick 45 minutes. Really friendly and flexible. Even came out first thing on the morning on the weekend for seemingly base rate. If you need air conditioning and furnace help, I would definitely recommend TCF!

Due to my own negligent error, I had a spigot burst behind a wall and was pretty much shot. I contacted TCF through Yelp on a Saturday and heard back almost immediately with a quote and available times for same-day service. Thomas came out, diagnosed the problem, and walked me through the repair process before even getting started to make sure we were both on the same page. After running into some behind the scenes issues (as with most old houses), he was able to find a workaround and address the issue. He went above and beyond by adding an emergency shut off for the spigot as well. Thomas was extremely polite and knowledgeable on so many other items throughout the home too. He took the time to answer all my questions (even those not related to the initial leak). I feel like Thomas does work in your house as if it was his own. While most contractors will echo that sentiment, Thomas actually practices this concept and I was truly grateful for it. TCF's prices were extremely fair and, even when we had to add extra work, it didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I will be a repeat customer for sure and would encourage anyone needing a home service professional to reach out to TCF. Thank you, TCF!
