Company Overview

As a all-inclusive contractor, we have proudly served the KC area for 15 years. As a family-run business, we specialize in outdoor structures, covered parking, storage spaces, fencing, renovation, building new homes, landscaping, fire recovery, debris removal, and a wide range of projects.

Initially, we focused on creating small structures and patios, and quickly grew to larger projects. Currently, we are authorized in a total of 37 states and can execute anything you need from yard work to indoor aesthetics.

Terry Barnett has been working in residential construction since the year 1998. TcB Construction, founded by Terry has developed 70+ new homes in Springfield, Missouri, Alabama, the state of Washington, and in Oregon from the years 2002 through 2017. Terry has managed construction crews of different scales and specialized trades in multiple trades. Since moving to Kansas City in the year 2017, he has managed residential rehab projects in the eastern part of Troost. Terry lives in a rehabbed house that he has rehabbed.
