Company Overview

As a comprehensive contractor, we have proudly served the KC area for over a decade and a half. Being a family-owned business, we specialize in outdoor structures, carports, storage spaces, fencing, restoration, building new homes, outdoor beautification, fire restoration, property clean-up, and more.

Initially, we focused on building small structures and patios, and shortly moved on to larger projects. Currently, we are authorized in a total of 37 states and can manage any project you require from yard work to interior design.

Terry Barnett has been engaged in residential construction since the year 1998. TcB Construction, founded by Terry has developed 70+ new homes in the Springfield area, the state of Alabama, Washington, and Oregon from 2002 to 2017. Terry has managed construction crews of all sizes and subcontractors in every trade. Upon his move to Kansas City in 2017, he has managed residential rehab projects east of Troost. Terry lives in a restored house that he personally renovated.
