Company Overview

As a all-inclusive contractor, we have proudly served the Kansas City area for over a decade and a half. As a family-operated business, we specialize in outdoor structures, covered parking, garages, barriers, renovation, building new homes, yard design, fire restoration, clean outs, and various other services.

Our journey started building sheds and decks, and shortly expanded to more significant endeavors. At present, we are certified in over 37 states and can execute a variety of tasks from outdoor design to interior design.

Terry, the owner has been engaged in residential construction since the late 90s. TcB Construction, founded by Terry has developed over 70 new homes in Springfield, Missouri, the state of Alabama, in Washington, and in Oregon from 2002 to 2017. Terry has managed construction crews of different scales and various tradespeople in all trades. After relocating to Kansas City in 2017, he has managed residential rehab projects in the eastern part of Troost. He calls home in a restored house that he has renovated.
