Company Overview

As a full-service contractor, we have successfully served the local area for more than 15 years. As a family-operated business, we specialize in patios, carports, storage spaces, barriers, rehabilitation, building new homes, landscaping, fire damage repair, property clean-up, and various other services.

Our journey started constructing small structures and decks, and shortly expanded to new construction homes. At present, we are certified in a total of 37 states and can manage anything you need from outdoor design to indoor aesthetics.

Our founder, Terry Barnett has been involved in residential construction since the late 90s. TcB Construction, founded by Terry has successfully built over 70 new homes in Springfield, MO, Alabama, the state of Washington, and the state of Oregon from the years 2002 through 2017. He has overseen construction crews of different scales and subcontractors in all trades. Upon his move to Kansas City in the year 2017, he has led residential rehab projects in the Troost area. Terry lives in a restored house that he has restored.
