As a full-service contractor, we have humbly served the KC area for more than 15 years. Being a family-owned business, we specialize in outdoor structures, carports, workshops, enclosures, renovation, new home construction, landscaping, fire restoration, debris removal, and a wide range of projects.

We began building storage units and outdoor spaces, and quickly moved on to larger projects. At present, we are licensed in 37 states and can manage any project you require from outdoor design to home interiors.

Terry, the owner has been engaged in residential construction since the year 1998. Under Terry's leadership, TcB Construction has constructed over 70 new homes in the Springfield area, in Alabama, Washington, and Oregon from the years 2002 through 2017. He has directed construction crews of various sizes and various tradespeople in every trade. Upon his move to Kansas City in 2017, he has managed residential rehab projects east of Troost. He resides in a renovated house that he has restored.
