Called at 7:20pm (after hours) last night and left a message. They called me back at 7:45pm and said they were going to drive by between 9 and 11 this morning.

They came at 9:15am for the evaluation. They left to get materials and the leak was fixed by 11am. Wow.

Prompt, efficient, and reasonable in their pricing. I didn't price shop this time around but this is based on having to call plumbers for other reasons in the past.

I would highly recommend and would do business with them again.

I needed a plumber for my laundry drain clog so i requested a quote from multiple companies. T&C responded within mins on a late Friday night advised i schedule an appt the next morning 8-10am for a free estimate, i scheduled it with them. The next morning, I was doing yard work and was expecting a phone call or someone to show up between 8-9am, around 9:50, i got nervous if someone was even coming so i called in, Edwin said he'd check on the technician... i waited about 10mins and assumed he forgot about calling me back, but the tech did show up at 10 am, huge relief. A phone call back would've been nice. The technician came, and seemed like he kinda knew immediately what was wrong, he said its a common issue. A lady came out and they both got to work. About 20 mins later, they were finished. We tested the drain together and seems like everything is flowing great! He said there is a 90days warranty if it clogs again within 90 days which is re-assuring

Wow. I had a burst sprinkler pipe on my backyard and two gentlemen showed up within the hours of calling them and fixed it immediately. Anderson and Kenner were very pleasant and communicated the steps necessary to fix it. Did not try to scam nor up price it. Kenner and Anderson are very knowledgeable with what they do. I highly appreciate their efficiency. I wish I could give them higher rating

Kitchen sink backed up and wouldn't drain, so no sink, no dishwasher. I tried a couple plumbers I'd used in the past but no one returned my calls. I texted T&C, they got right back to me and arrived within the hour. An hour later drain was fixed, no mess left behind and fee was within the range for this area. He said work was guaranteed for 60 days and there would be no charge for second service call if drain became clogged again. Yeah, I realize the odds of that happening are slim, but it was still reassuring to know it won't be a hassle if there is a problem.

Saul and his team were prompt, professional and went above and beyond to do an excellent job. They went out of their way to get a replacement part that was needed but that was not included in the job. Would definitely work with T&C plumbing again!

T&C has come out to save us multiple times! Living in an older house, we've uncovered some interesting things!

The first time we used them was on a Saturday evening! A hose bib broke and was spraying water everywhere! They came out within an hour to take a look, give us a quote, and cap off the hose bib so we could use the water in the house until they could come back the next day to fix it! They were right on time, fixed it and left everything clean!

Had them come out again to install shower valves in a bathroom we're remodeling. I was working from home and the guys were super respectful of the noise and were efficient and again left everything super clean!

We had them out for another emergency today! We pulled the floor up to find the toilet flange completely rusted! We were supposed to have the tile work finished this weekend and couldn't with it like that! My husband called yesterday afternoon and they came out this morning at 10AM right on time! We know they were busy and had other jobs to do today, but when we asked if they could do it today they said yes!

T&C is always prompt to respond, quick to do the work, and they do an amazing job!

They are the only plumbing company I'll use moving forward and I refer them to all our friends!!

Awesome to work with. Requested a quote and within 15 minutes had an appt. scheduled for late that day. We ended up needing a new garbage disposal and it was repaired within 45 minutes. Very fair pricing. I would absolutely use T&C again.

Edwin was amazing. I knew I bought an old house, but when it became clear the pipes weren't going to last another day, I reached out to see what my options were. It became clear, immediately, that I would need to have my entire home re-piped. I reached out to several companies, and not only was Edwin the most responsive, he was able to inspect, offer me a bid and get the work done in a matter of days so I had a functioning shower. I appreciate him so much, that now that I've bought another home in a different city, I am hopeful that it is within his range of service. Thank you T&C plumbing! So glad I found you all!

Alex came out earlier then he had scheduled me. Quoted me a rock solid price and had the parts needed on hand in his service vehicle. Alex did fantastic work and had me taken care of that day and very quickly with quality work. I will be using T&C plumbing & Rooter for all my future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!
