Extremely satisfied with the great service from T&C Plumbing. I'm an early riser and they were one of a handful of plumbers that responded to a request for a quote in the early morning hours to replace my hot water heater. They came out within 30 minutes of responding to my request for a quote which was in line with a few quotes I had received the day before.

Edwin was extremely knowledgable and provided outstanding service. He had my old water heater out and the new one installed in just a couple of hours.

I will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs...especially in an emergency.

So, my husband died a year and a half ago. He was the fixer let take care of the maintenance around the house. So today's ago I realize that I was having trouble getting hot water out of my tankless on-demand water heater. So last night I went into the room and the controllers on and it is in fact indicating that there is no hot water went down to 80° and so I knew that I had to find someone to come and tell me that they could fix it. So this morning, before normal work hours, I located a reference for T&C plumbing and rooter.

Now please understand that that telephone call happened before 8 AM. Edwin, answered the phone and said that yes he could help me and said he could help me today. He was in fact on time. I was hoping he could say that all you had to do was fix one or two things that, to my chagrin, when he opened up the device, there was water all over the place and it was apparent that my water heater had failed. So when I look back at it I'm not really surprised because it's been at least 18 years since the installation of my Rheem tankless on-demand water heater.

Then I was informed that the Rheem is probably the more expensive water heaters available and that the new one was going to cost me an excess of $3500. I really didn't have much choice in the matter since I did not have any hot water and this system is not going to be able to be put back online. Edwin, I Donely explain the whole process to me but shared that if I wanted a new water heater he would go into Concord to purchase it because he didn't trust Home Depot because of their tactics of selling items like this but only the cheaper models and I did not like that kind of dishonesty.

I have to say that I was totally thrilled. Edwin went to Concord came back took off the old system installed the new one with all of the requisite parts, explain the system to me, tested the water to make sure it was hot and functioning properly and cleaned up every item before he left. He was here for approximately 3 1/2 hours.

Edwin felt sorry for my circumstances and in fact gave me a great discount. I will be using his company for all my plumbing and rooter needs. I would highly recommend that you do the same. So in the course four hours, I now have a new hot water heater that, hopefully will last the rest of my life.

Thank you Edwin for your professionalism, courtesy and understanding. I will be glad to recommend you to all of my homeowner association clients.

It is nice to know that there are honest and professional vendors in this trade.

This company responded very quickly and arrived the same day, which was a plus, which is why they got 2 stars, but gave an estimate that was way out of price range for the work to be done (replacing a leaky spigot). They gave me a quote of $350.

Another company came out and quoted $150 and were done in 15 minutes and gave me a 1 year warranty for their work.

I would have had to pay twice as much to this company for the same job.

In less than 24 hours, the plumbing issue has been repaired. Thank you T&C and Edwin for making this a very pain free experience. Signed proposal for sewer ejection system for 31,500. Checked with secretary Jasmin and Edwin supervisor manager several times.over a period of over a week. We were told They were waiting for permits from City and may start digging in three days. House for sale Need work done and yesterday when called for update tEdwin stated they underbid and needed 20k more to do job. Today I find out T& C never pulled permit did not cash my check for 3 k and bailed leaving us without anyone to do sewer during important time of house sale. Very dissatisfied! Hire this company NOT!

Edwin came to my house within an hour after discovering I had a front yard water leak. He is very communicative and honest with the whole process of fixing the leak.
