I hired TC from Google site with a 5 star rating.
Here is my experience. TC came over the first day and said he was capable of doing whatever I needed help with. So he put my TV on the wall way to high, we discussed it and before he left I stated it was to high. He was also over a hour late and didn't call, I called him and asked if he was coming he said he was running and showed up late.
Then made another appointment and I had to call to see if he coming and was told by him he never answers his text if I want him to come then I need to call/text him. He doesn't follow up on appointments. So he arrives and attempts to lower my TV and just kept on even after I told him I paid alot my money to just get my home paint. Finally after getting the wall mount in it wasn't safe to hand th TV and said I won't change you if you get a different wall mount so after I arrived with the new wall mount he said that wouldn't work because after I left he check for other studs and there wasn't any. Then while I was gone he hung another TV on my bedroom wall it was tilted towards the wall and made the excuse it was the cords it wasn't he cannot hang TVS on the wall. He also rescreened 3 screens and only put on back the other 2 were in my living and he told me he didn't have his ladder it was at another site. So he attempted to put caulking in the holes because he said he didn't have wall repair on his truck so Holes in my wall with caulking that shouldn't be used. Then he said he had to leave. I told him I needed the screen put in and said he would be back Friday. Never responded my texts. So screens aren't put back in and charged me for everything even though he stated he would hang my TV at no cost. Charged me 50.00 dollars for the the screen when it was 35.98 at home depot. Never would I allow him to do anything in my home again. It cost me money to get my new painted wall repair and a uncompleted job then ghosted me. DO NOT TRUST HIM OR HIS ABILITIES. My granddaughter was present and cried because she was so discussed with the poor way I was treated! PLUS he didn't even clean up after himself just let a mess and my TV leaned against my fireplace.
