They replaced a main water line to my house, which has been satisfactory, they also replaced a spigot at the same time, which I had to call them back because it had issues, and now 4 or so years later, the spigot is bad enough to need replacement, and it was suggested that I replace it with a more common brand of spigot, which I did through a different plumber.

This is the second time I have used TB Yetter Plumbing Experts. I had somewhat of an emergency and Terry responded in his usual quick way and fixed the problem and was gone. I've found my go to plumber and will use him again. I have a couple of other needs but they are not urgent. When I do need him again I wont hesitate to call. Terry gets the job done.

Terry replaced our water heater today. He was very efficient and explained his whole process for installation. He was not necessarily the cheapest and he was upfront about it. He explained the upgrades necessary to bring the water heater up to code in order to complete the installation. We were able to have our water heater installation completed the same day as the quote for the work. Great guy to work with and we will use him when we have other plumbing issues.

The worst company ever bad experience. And not to mention the people who drive there van-crazy. I have been cut off by these guys multiple times om the road and they also proceeded to flip me off. I have never seen customer service worse than this. I would never hire them to come in to your home. They're truly bad, awful!
