was right on time. He immediately introduced himself and talked about our problem. He was extremely knowledgeable as he explained what he was going to do. He went in and checked everything in the toilet to make sure that the diagnosis was correct. He immediately went back out and got all the parts necessary and did a great job replacing everything corrected the issue. he then finished up by checking for leaks and making sure the valve worked properly when the toilet was flushed, and the flapper valve was secure and after it was all over, he cleaned up And left everything very clean. If I was his boss, I would give him a big raise. He definitely a five star if not more.

TB Plumbing is the most unprofessional vendor that you have ever sent to my home. It was assigned to my claim and visited my home on Monday, June 10, at which date the TB plumber said he would submit the claim to Choice Warranty for approval. I didn't hear anything from TB Plumbing so I called them on Wednesday, June 12, to get an update. I was told to call Choice because they needed the license of plumber that installed my water heater but that I would receive a return call to confirm. That call never came so I called Choice Warranty on Thursday, June 13, and was told that TB Plumbing never submitted the diagnosis from their visit on Monday10 and the representative sent them a text, which I received a copy. On Friday, June 14, I was told that the claim had been denied and I don't why because no one from TB Plumbing has bothered to tell me exactly what is wrong with my water heater or how much it will cost to fix. I reached out to TB Plumbing on Friday after receiving the email denying my claim and was told that someone would send me a quote. On June 17, I still did not receive any information about what is required to repair my water heater. On Tuesday, I called TB Plumbing again and spoke with Chloe, who acted surprised that no one had sent me a quote and said she would call me back. This ridiculous as I have been without hot water since June 2, and TB Plumbing doesn't care about its customers. If you get assigned to this vendor, please ask for a different one.
