Had these guys come out twice in 13 months, Gee is an absolute pleasure to work with. He's honest about what needs to be fixed, and handles it beautifully. He also does his best to save you money without cutting corners.

First job about a year ago was a clogged main line drain, which they gave me a fair price and did a great job on. It was poorly built in the first place and since they fixed it, it's been perfect ever since.

Second job was just today. The previous resident had strangely installed galvanized pipe to both the inlet and outlet of the water heater and ran galvanized pipe all the way up to the attic to a bathroom. This rusted and sprang a leak inside the wall, had water coming out from the baseboards. Gee came out and gave me an estimate when Preferred Plumbing and Drain couldn't even find me a plumber. He replaced the hot water line with copper (which it should have been from the beginning), and I will definitely be calling him to replace the cold water line as well.

After two excellent experiences with Gee and his partner, I will be calling them for all plumbing needs from now on.

We've had an issue with our low flow toilet not flushing properly for months. We had a plumber out a month ago who dismissed us by saying ""all toilets like this have issues"" and that we should just get a new toilet. We continued having the problem until we got fed up and decided to ask another plumber to take a look for a second opinion. I found Taz Plumbing and sent a request for a quote on a Sunday afternoon. Within 20 minutes, I had a response from someone telling me he would send someone out today! Najeeb showed up at our door only 2 hours later! He listened to our problem, and promptly (and correctly!) diagnosed the issue. He worked on the toilet for maybe 10 minutes, and - voila! - the problem was fixed! Amazing service with a smile! Needed to replace some water-heaters. Got a bunch of quotes, these guys came in at/matched the quotes at the lower end and fakespot told me their positive reviews were real.

They did good, efficient work and are quite friendly. And more importantly they shower up quickly. At this point everything seems to be in working order and I am glad that I connected with them.

So now I understand years of my dad's comments about the ""joys of being a homeowner."" Like many homes in SF, ours is nearly 100 years old and the pipes leave something to be desired. After only 6 months, the shower decided to stop draining. At first it wasn't too bad and I was trying some DIY solutions until all of a sudden it was clear it needed to be addressed ASAP.

It was super easy to contact Taz Plumbing with Yelp's Request a Quote feature. Taz replied in 11 minutes (!) with an estimate. Two plumbers came, snaked the drain, and solved the problem in a matter of minutes. The final price was true to the estimate. Super easy, although hopefully not a recurring need!

Jeebs came out on a Friday evening to help with our blocked pipes. Very professional, great communication, and cleaned up after everything was done. I've used another plumber before but I will reach out to Taz again next time I have another issue.
