Taz was absolutely fantastic. Responded to my request almost instantaneously, and immediately gave me a few options for scheduling, including same day or next day. He was on-time, courteous, put on shoe covers before he walked inside the house. I showed him the problem (the knobs that control whether water flows through the tub faucet or into the shower completely broke and was leaking). He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what he would need to do and what parts he would need. He left and returned with the parts in less than half-hour and finished the job lightening fast. He encouraged me to test out the repairs to make sure I was satisfied. The price was extraordinarily fair, and he stated that there was a warranty on parts and labor and if anything later went wrong, to immediately contact him.

I should point out that this problem happened just 2 years earlier, and I asked Taz how the previous repair failed so quickly. He showed me that my previous plumber simply changed the knobs on the outside and did not actually repair the root cause of the problem. Wow.

I now have a new favorite plumber I can trust.

These guys are great - extremely profession and very honest and decent people. Ty and his brother Gee helped us with a new houseline for our gas meter upgrade. They did an excellent job and were very reasonably priced. Their communication with us has been fantastic every step of the way, and unlike others - they dont try to push costly upsells.

To put the cherry on top, they also came by our house to check on our water heater. They were here for an hour or so and helped flush the lines and clean them up, and didnt charge a dime. This is the type of company worth keeping in your backpocket for any plumbing needs - they do great work, and the experience is great- which is wildly unexpected! Thank you.

Emailed this morning as garbage disposal was not working. I said my need was non-emergent; however would like help as soon as possible. within minutes I had a text with all info I needed and availability within the hour. Tech was here in less than that. Disposal was fixed within 20 minutes. Tech was polite, cleaned up after. couldn't ask for more!

Taz Plumbing was fantastic. He was super responsive and installed my gas dryer quickly and perfectly. The delivery team who was supposed to install it gave up because of a 3/8"" valve, but Taz handled it with ease. Highly recommend his services for any plumbing needs.
