Our rent home had to get new plumbing and they were contracted to do the work. Roman and Jose were great, nice, and took care to make sure all work was completed and quickly! It's a hard pill to swallow yo move into a new rent house and have plumbers needed day 1 but at least they were the ones to do it. Thank you Taz Plumbing!

We have had TAZ Plumbing to our home 4 times now. The first time was for a major leak that required detection of the leak, rerouting pipes that were in the slab & ultimately drywall repair. The whole job, while not cheap, was professionally handled and completely cleaned up afterwards. We were pleased enough to have them back over the years for smaller, more typical plumbing jobs. All of which were handled well and in a timely fashion. In fact, they were just here yesterday for what we thought would be a replacement of a shower temperature regulator which turned out to be a minor repair of the existing part. We will continue to call them.

I called my home warranty company for a kitchen faucet that didn't have hot water, and they assigned TAZ Plumbing. They called several times before the appointment and the service man arrived on time. The faucet was fixed pronto (hot and cold leads to faucet were reversed...who would think to turn the handle all the way to cold to get hot water?). That morning, my toilet began acting up and wouldn't drain quickly like it did the night before. He ran a roto-rooter and cleaned up the problem quickly.
Great service, gave good advice on things to change in the future. I've already recommended them to my neighbors and friends.

Warning...stay away from this company. I learned the hard way.

Taz plumbing was assigned to look at the plumbing problem at my rental condo by my home warranty company. The plumber found a small leak in the faucet spray hose line. They then told the tenants not to use the kitchen sink water until they got repair parts. But they didn't shut the water valve off. That was over 2 weeks ago!
So, since then, the tenant of course starts to use the sink. And then the leak turned into a big leak, and flooded the downstairs unit when the tenants were out of town. All in all, I'll be paying over $1200 in repairs because of the incompetence of this company.
When I called them, they said ""well, we told them not to use the sink"". Interesting solution to a plumbing problem.

They have been assigned to us twice by our home warranty company. They will not call you to set appointment, you will have to call them. They will then lie that they called and left a message and they didn't get a call back. They will then try to schedule you like a week out after you have already waited days for them to call just to make an appointment. They have horrible customer service! Please do yourself a favor and request another company if going through your home warranty.

I got assigned this company through my home warranty. Took time off work as I was told tech would arrive between 3pm-5pm. At 3:20pm, I called Taz to see if they could provide status as to when the tech would arrive. The girl that answered phone said they had to reschedule my appointment as all of their techs are sick due to Covid vaccine. Mind you, I had to call them. They didn't even have the professional courtesy or decency to call me. She said they just found out their tech was ill. Really? At 320pm, just found out? I asked for a Saturday appointment since I was hesitant to reschedule for another weekday. She told me they only schedule emergencies and something else for Saturdays so wasn't gonna happen. I asked to speak to her manager or supervisor. She told me they weren't there. I asked for the name of the manager/supervisor. She told me they're not allowed to provide that information. I asked you're not allowed to give me their name? She said no. Terrible customer service & clearly no regard or consideration for their customers.

Had an appointment to change my water heater via the 2-10 home warranty, Taz told me there would be a fee to move the gas line out of the way to do the install and the fee would be 125.00 (or very close to that). That's kinda weird since the gas line goes to the heater, none the less I agreed and had them come out only to find that the price would now be 285.00!!!
Again this was through a home warranty , and when I called my warranty company they advised that Taz plumbing never told them there would be an additional cost to me

2-10 Home warranty offered me a reimbursement OR a cash payout option, TAKE THE CASH OPTION INSTEAD and use a different company, I went with Just Water Heaters and they installed a water heater for me and I was able to use the check from 2-10 home warranty.

Taz plumbing gave me two different prices to move something that takes 5 minutes to move, and wanted me to pay 285 bucks!!! Outrageous.
