I have had several issues in the last couple of years. Taylor's Plumbing has been outstanding in their service.
I had a problem with a bathtub faucet leaking that several other plumbers had tried to fix , made temporary fixes. Taylor's plumbing came up with a solution without having to tear the whole wall down. They also we're very timely and professional in two other jobs I needed done.

Had to call Taylor's back out again four years later to clear the kitchen drain again. I texted yesterday morning and was scheduled for 10-12 today, which was great. This morning, they told me they could come at 9, which was even better. Tanner and Nate showed up and got to work. After switching to a longer snaking tool, it broke before the clog was cleared. They offered me the choice of switching companies or working with them to come back later. I explained that I have company coming to stay for a week and really needed my kitchen sink/dishwasher functioning. Since I've had great experience with them before, I asked them to try and work out coming back by first thing tomorrow morning. Within a half hour, they texted that they could come back today between 1-3. I was expecting to have to wait at least until the end of the day, if not tomorrow. They came back as promised with a new tool and got the drainline fixed. Even though this had delayed them, they took time to reconnect the under-sink piping I had taken apart before their arrival and to clean up well. Very nice people to work with. They were respectful of my home and went above and beyond to give me practical suggestions for keeping the drain in running order. A huge thanks to the owner WIlliam who approved the schedule changes to make this repair happen today. And an even bigger thanks to Nate and Tanner who handled it all very professionally and kindly. Highly recommend Taylor's!

Having a plumbing ""emergency"" is never fun. From the first phone call (both times we had an emergency), to the timely response, the team at Taylor's Plumbing Solutions were kind, courteous and helpful. They were able to get us in same day (or the next day) and kept us in the loop on when they would arrive.

First issue was a clogged toilet that as a new, sleep deprived mom, could not fix myself, no matter what I tried. I felt so stupid for something so small, but not once did I feel judged or made to feel incompetent. The second time was for a sump pump issue which was fixed in no time at all!

Family owned and operated and local to Lake Stevens, I would recommend Taylor's Plumbing Solutions to all of my friends and family. Their pricing is a great value, and they don't try to upsell anything. You can tell the whole team is knowledgeable and they enjoy their jobs. 10/10 highly recommend!

Cost of goods is absolutely horrendous these days. If you have to pay big bucks for a contractor, you expect quality workmanship with a knowledgeable and an experienced plumber present. I used Taylor when I got in over my head on a tub connector and faucet fittings. Happy and satisfied with the overall experience, scheduling, and repair efficiency. The person sent to our site appeared to be an expert level journeyman plumber. Recommend

I had Taylor's plumbing send out 2 guys who replaced both of my hose spigots. They were very efficient and everything looked great after they were done. They also spotted more issues under my house they let me know about some not plumbing issues as well which I really appreciated and get to add more things to the list my crappy inspector missed when purchasing my home. We've used Taylor plumbing to install our new hot water tank. Will was on time, fast to respond to questions and gave us an accurate quote. We had him come back out to quote our new master bathroom and his rates are affordable for such workmanship and pleasant service. We look forward to booking him with our master bath project.

Tyler installed a tankless water heater in our home. A flaw on the install was the service valve which is used for annual maintenance was installed too close to the gas line, so I had to buy an adapter in order to attach a water hose to the service valve for the maintenance. Tyler promised the first annual maintenance to be done by him for free, but he never replied to my calls, texts, or emails. I even offered to pay full price for the maintenance, but still never a reply.

If you have a tankless installed, be sure to perform annual maintenance on it; these need cleaned and descaled. If you had Tyler install it, you may need to learn how to do this yourself.
