My 15 year old water heater started making funky noises, so I knew it was time for a new one. I got a couple quotes, but I chose Chris because he came highly recommended from my local neighborhood Facebook group and the Yelp reviews confirmed that sentiment. Chris provided a fair quote and didn't try to upsell me, and I'll definitely look to Chris when it's time to get a filtration system added. Plus, his work was much cleaner than the last plumbers I used. He's also local to my neighborhood and a veteran so I'm happy to support his business.

Really positive experiences with Chris. We've had him over three times and plan to do a fourth as part of our kitchen renovation. We first had Chris do a plumbing inspection before we bought our house and we're really glad we did. He was recommended by our real estate agent and was very easy to work with. Gave us an honest assessment and recommendations. During closing, we an issue come up regarding some old piping and Chris stepped in to provide a statement to get it taken care of quickly. We also had Chris come back to install a whole house water conditioner, service our tankless water heater, and some other smaller items. Chris also came by on short notice to fix water temperature in our master shower. On time and great communication each time.

Will plan to have Chris come by to run a gas line and install a reverse osmosis point of use tap in the kitchen.

Chris did a fabulous job fixing my toilet. The bolts were broken and the toilet was loose. He found the base was rotted out and replaced the base and put in new bolts. Now my toilet is solidly connected to the ground and no more leaks. Thank you Chris for doing such a great job.

We had to replace our water heater and also decided to install a softener/filter at the same time. Chris was really responsive to provide rough estimates and then formal quotes (even separating them out in case we opted out of the softener). He and his helper arrived promptly to do the work and were very courteous and professional. He was also very prompt to respond after he left when I had a quick question about temp settings an. The whole process was very easy, which has been great for us with two kids and trying to work from home. I'd absolutely recommend him and we are very happy with the decision to go with the tankless heater and filtration system!

Update 8 months later. Still so happy with my decision! Chris was so helpful and I LOVE our water heating system! The added space and convenience of hot water on demand is priceless.

Highly recommend Chris Taylor for your plumbing needs. He came out and repaired a leak at our water main line which entailed replacing our water pressure regulator and shut off valve. He was very nice, professional, responsive, timely and does quality work and clean up. Thanks Chris!

Needed all faucets and shower heads replaced in my home. Before our appointment, Mr Taylor provided excellent suggestions for best value fixtures which I purchased and then he installed. Prompt, efficient, tidy and friendly, I'll be using this company again, for certain. The final invoice was for less $$$ than verbal quote I received when scheduling visit to do the work. Also, he gave me very competitive quote to replace my 20 year old water heater. Hard working, diligent and honest, plus no visible butt crack. Highly recommend!!

Chris came out to install a toilet for us and did a quick but great job. A couple of hours later I noticed that there was an issue with the tank water running which turned out to be a small problem with the toilet, not anything he did. He contacted Toto support to find out the problem, came back and fixed it the same day.

Also a small thing but always appreciated is that he wore protective shoe covers inside the house.
