I was referred to this company and they seemed legit over the phone. Taylor's said they could come out the next day between 9 AM-12PM. I took the day off and they never even called or showed for the appointment. Not impressed !

Called for kitchen sink not draining on Friday. Could not get there until Monday. Meantime sink clog removed but hole in drain pipe. Sent pictures of hole. Tech came and diagnosed ""hole in drain"" and that I would need plumber. He sent plumber recommended plumber who greatly overcharged AND sent me a bill for $85 for his diagnosis. Never use again.

Mike was so awesome, they cleaned both the intake and out-take pipes. Got all the tree roots. I asked if they did regular plumbing, he said they do everything. He fixed my outdoor spigot that had been leaking terribly. He and the apprentice with him were both so friendly. Everything was done quickly and for a very reasonable price. I would say one of the best businesses I have ever hired for anything.

Make sure you understand their over the phone quote is a very rough and low estimate. I was charged 35% over the original quote for a drain clean and could not get an explanation why. I was also given a very high quote for some work that needed to be done right away. They might do good work, I don't know because I hired someone else.

These guys treated me like family!! I had an emergency and they came immediately. Adam was knowledgeable and followed up with me to ensure the problem was solved. He even called the city to get extra help and the guys took time out of their personal lives to help me. Even the office staff went out of their way to make my problem a priority. I have never received service like this and I work in customer service. These are the only people you need to call for your drain and sewer needs.
