This guy will say he's getting your project done and then drag it out and ask for more and more money that was NOT in the contract. He'll make up excuses as to why he needs it, but won't actually complete what he said he would do. I will be reporting his license number to MHIC. Terrible human being. Karma will definitely come for you.

Horrible experience really should be zero stars. Hired to paint 2 bathrooms 1 bathroom painted by helper was perfect, master bathroom was a mess, sloppy work, paint not even covering walls, will need to be repainted. Hired to replace railings on front porch. He did a bait and switch- instead of buying the railings we agreed on and I already paid for, he bought a cheaper product. The workmanship was outrageously bad. Everything was crooked, the cuts were ragged. He actually damaged the railings putting them up. If there hadn't been money involved it would have been comical. In addition he is a liar will tell you anything you want to hear. He constantly asks for more money because he is using 1 clients money to pay for another clients project. Really a crook. My house is in Ocean Pines were there is a large older population. He is preying on seniors. I am not in San Francisco i am in Ocean Pines Md repainting my bathroom

As with any other contractor, I strongly recommend that you and the contractor execute a signed contract, rather than starting the project(s) with a handshake. The contract should ideally address the deliverables such as goods and services, their cost and their delivery date(s). Also recommend agreeing on an acceptable amount for a cost overrun, if any.

Plumber responded within the same day of my call and only charged $50 for less than ten minutes of work which I guess is a deal in OC. However, the next day, same issue so I basically flushed $50 down the toilet. Personally, I wouldn't recommend.

Although we did not need to use your services, we spoke with the kindest gentleman, Mr. Taylor, I believe, who was so willing to help us our with a quick, small job of installing a door weather-strip. I have used Mr. Taylor for all my home improvements from painting, landscaping, flooring, plumbing, electrical, doors and kitchen installation services. I had brought a new house that needed a lot of work and Mr. Taylor and his crew has remodel the entire house and made it our own.
