I launched my business at 19. After a year , I realized that I needed additional training hours for plumbing licensing to qualify for the exam for Journeyman Plumber . I temporarily closed my business until I obtained my Journeyman Plumber license . Thereafter, I resumed my business and have continued ever since.

Early in my career , I understood the importance of providing exceptional workmanship. While working for others, I followed instructions (within reason). Still, I often found it challenging with how most employers I worked for served their customers . I opted to become self-employed to deliver the best craftsmanship to my customers. I often remark : ""If a customer employed ten different contractors to do the same task , the result would be approached in ten different manners . And 'my way' would be the top choice!""
