Our service technician was very professional and friendly. He was able to get out to us very quickly (same day), even though it was a Sunday. We had both a leak from one of the pipes leading to our kitchen sink and also a clog in the drain and he was able to fix both issues within a few hours. I would definitely recommend Taylor's Plumbing & Repairs and would love to use them again if we have any other plumbing problems in the future.

Worst customer service ever......I cannot believe American Home Shield Warranty would use a business where the service is horrendous. I was given an order on 12/31/2020 with Taylor Plumbing & Repairs through the warranty company. They have been to the house once to evaluate and ever since then I have been told we will be there at a time and day and here it is 1/7/2021 and they have yet to return. Every excuse in the book has been used from still talking with the warranty company to I am too sick to come today. It appears they have only 1 employee as I have asked for another technician and was told there are none.

Found them through my home warranty company, however would definitely recommend this company to anybody I called them even when it's not a covered item very reliable Always quick to find the problem and corrected with very little mess if any at all.

very bad customer service. my home warranty service referred this company to do work for us and sent out an order on 12/26/2020. it is now 01/07/2021 and they keep saying they are coming out the day or that they got caught up doing something else. they have yet to service our issues.
