People do not ever let this people inside your beautiful home for reparing!!! They are very rude and non professional!!!! They will break more than what they fix and they will over charge you!!!! Also they will break what is good just to charge you more!!!! Do not!!!! Guys do not ever use them to fix your home!!!

DO NOT HIRE THEM! If I could give them ZERO Stars, I would! I hired Taylor Plumbing to replace the water heater in my condo in Buckhead on 10/25/23. They were extremely unprofessional during the installation, failed to cover my washer, spilled heavy duty industrial glue on it, and decided to stand on it which ended up causing dents. I had to chase them to come take a look (the first time they made us wait a whole afternoon and the next day showed up 2 hours late) and they brought an industrial solvent which further damaged the washer. After that they said they would let insurance handle it but then started giving me the run-around, would give excuses like the owner was traveling, would not pick up the phone, would say they would take care of us in a week, etc. To add insult to injury they refused to send my invoice and warranty information, even lying to my face saying they had emailed but didn't. Finally after 2 weeks I got the invoice after a real estate friend of ours who knows them convinced them to send it. I want to mention that Angie Taylor is the one who kept coming up with the excuses over the phone and lying blatantly. As for the washer, they came again to install another water heater in my building and once we saw them and asked them to resolve the scenario today they became confrontational and aggressive (have it all recorded if they deny it) and started calling my wife names. This was done by David and Brandon Taylor (father and son owner) I am asking them to either pay for the repair of my washer, adjust my bill, or get me a new washer. The damage was caused due to their negligence, I saw it clearly when they decided to stand on the washer and didn't even cover it. When I pressed them for letting insurance handle as their son said they said they didn't want to do it as a small amount like this would increase their premium and they would take care of it separately. Since they obviously don't care and have lied to their teeth, I will be taking them to court.

I had a defective gas valve on my Rheem water heater. Taylor Plumbing came out within two hours of my call to install the replacement part. Great customer service.

Hot water heater under warranty. Pilot assembly failed after 6 months. Couldn't get Taylor to come out to repair. They promised service dates. No shows, no calls, several days.

To be blunt, it was the quote that made me seriously consider Taylor when my old water heater (20 yo) began to leak. They were significantly less than most other quotes from the big names. Not only do I have no regrets, but I am taking the time to review them - which is something I rarely do. He arrived on time and assessed my situation. Expected time to replace was about 2 hours. He was well on his way to beating that when he opened the (pristine boxed) replacement. Unfortunately it had a pretty significant dent on the top. Happily there was never a thought of using it. After a phone call he apologized for the delay but had to go back to get another. This was, to my mind, the mark of a truly good tradesman. He's not going to even try to use a subpar part, even if it's going to extend the time required. An hour or so later he was back with the replacement which was perfect, and completed the work. I suppose if time was terribly critical I might have been disappointed. In fact, I was happier than ever. Things are going to go wrong sometimes. A true professional will figure out what's the best thing to do and just do it - which is what he did. While I hope not to need Taylor again anytime soon (of course!), I would recommend them to everyone I know. They're not the big names, and have no massive signs along I-75, but they can get your water heater repaired for a great price and in a completely professional manner. Thanks Taylor! (Also, no matter who you hire, do them a favor - send them photos so they know what to expect, and clear the space out beforehand. It's not their job to move your stuff out of the way. Just imagining what they must run into sometimes.)

We scheduled to have a water heater replaced. They quoted us with a great price compared to what we had found before. The professionalism was excellent from the initial phone call to the professionals coming out and replacing our water heater. Angie over the phone was very helpful and knowledgable and laid everything out clearly so it was understood well unlike some other companies I spoke to. We were told it would take about two hours to complete but David and his team were in and out before that. I was honestly shocked at how easy they made it seem. Within 30-40 minutes of replacement, we had hot water again and peace of mind. Taylor Plumbing & Mechanical is a great company that is ran with integrity and high value. Would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.
