Having a reliable and honest plumber to call is a top priority for anyone, but especially when you have a home with multiple bathrooms and multiple children. I had a gentleman from Taylor Plumbing out to reset my existing toilet and couldn't be happier with my experience. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Every person I had contact with was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Taylor Plumbing to anyone. I won't be calling anyone else for my plumbing needs!!

Recently had our backflow tested. Remarkable service by Taylor plumbing. Easy to schedule an appointment with them. They showed up on time and performed a thorough backflow test. Staff was very professional, will definitely use them again.

I have used Taylor Plumbing many times in the last 20 years & never once felt disappointed.
The most recent visit was sump pump related. Water leaking from the sump pit.
I assumed the need for a new pump & battery backup.
The Technician arrived on time...check!
The Technician looked presentable...check! Introduced himself..he..heeee
The Technician removed his shoes even after I suggested he leave them on...check!

Bottom line. The Technician COULD have sold me a new pump & backup. He didn't.
My issue was debris stuck in the pump causing me issues. He cleaned the pump, checked the battery, tested all & returned to service.
Then he asked me if I had any other problems or concerns while he was here...check, check!!
I did!
The Technician proceeded to check a leak under the kitchen sink.
He tested, repaired & cleaned up after himself.

YES! I am an employee of this company & VERY PROD to say that I am using their services when needed. I am a homeowner also.
I wouldn't use another plumbing contractor as Taylor Plumbing Inc proven to be GREAT!

I'm confused by the last two comments, I had a whole different experience. I had a gentleman named Charlie come by. He took me through my issue throughly in my bathroom. He even taught me a bit in case something happened anywhere else. The problem was fixed and no more leaking from the upstairs.

Second time around, I had a new sink put in and Home Depot doesn't do the plumbing side so I called them out. A gentleman name Aaron came and wow, was quick and no issues. I thank them for being transparent the whole time. Highly recommend!

I just had their service and I think they over charged me. The job is to connect a disconnect PVC joint in attic, the guy named Brain said about 20 minutes. We started at 8 am and after he checked and found the problem, it took him 15 minutes to get his tools from his van, I saw him drank coffee in his van, slowly got sth. and finally he got out from his van and started work.
Anyway, it took him more than one hour, at 9:10 am he finished his job and he charged 1.5 hour. I own a lot of properties and deal with plumbers all the time, I know how to make one hour job to 1.5 hours looks like. I know all the tricks, so I would not give high ranking for this company. If you see this review, try to stay away to this company.

Requested a pilot-igniter replacement, instead they vacuumed, relit pilot and left. that night no hot water so they returned to replace pilot/ignitor. I had to pay 2x for work they should of completed the first time
