I had backed up pipes in my kitchen, I have a home warrantee and the first company they sent out could not do the job, they said it needed to be hydro jetted , and they did not have the equipment to do that work. After a few other calls to different company's we finally found a company that said they could do the job, and would come out that day. So thankful to TAYLOR PLUMBING, they had a man here by 2pm and my call was made at approximately 11am . T.J. came at about 1:45 and started right in, he got the job done with the drain auger, It did not need the hydro jet at all and he had it all cleared out within 1 hour. After talking to so many plumbers, I highly recommend T.J. and Taylor plumbing, If there were more stars I'd went higher!!

Taylor is a great company from dispatch ,scheduling and Conrad himself. He did a quote for a water plumbing issue and gave a letter recommendation for the insurance a few months back. Insurance Company didn't cover the problem so we went ahead and paid out of pocket for the problem to be fixed. Awesome response and scheduling was within less then a week. The technician (forgot his name) was really good, professional and took care of us.. we will come back for more services if needed. Thank you

Great service along with speedy knowledgeable work ethic. We had a emergency flood in our house hold. Water was coming up from the floors and we couldn't find the prob. Long behold Taylor plumbing tech arrived right on time and figured out the prob within seconds and fixed the problem without hesitation. This company is incredibly responsive. We had an active natural gas leak at our hot water heater confirmed by P G and E. Our home warranty company tried to connect us with a plumber that for 24 hours could not answer the phone and the voicemail box was full. We called and demanded a better option and they connected us with Taylor Plumbing. The contractor came out within an hour, was polite, competent, professional and fixed the issue on the spot. We will be taking our plumbing needs to Taylor Plumbing from now on. Thank you Taylor Plumbing for helping us!

Codie saved the day!

My sink was clogged for a while over the holidays. My Home guard Insurance finally authorized services and received a call from Taylor plumbing within an hour to set a service date.

My assigned plumber was Codie. He spent extended time and effort and was able to clear the stubborn clogged sink.

Taylor Plumbing did an amazing job. My water heater has been out for about 5 days. Between my home warranty business and other plumbers I kept getting the run around and it was super difficult. Called Conrad right up, sent him some pictures of the hot water heater and by the next morning someone was out replacing the hot water heater. They were fast, prompt, and professional. They are under Old Republic Warranty network. They are highly recommended

Company was recommended by a friend, so we went ahead and scheduled with them, 2-3 days out. Conrad came and looked at our leaking toilet and gave us the quote which we agreed to. He had to cut the cast iron toilet flange as it was originally (1960) installed too high and was not flushed with the tile. He did that, however, did not cover any area in the bathroom before he started cutting, nor did he tell me I should. Left a huge mess behind, with small, dust like metal particles that stuck to everything in the bathroom. Everything was covered in black small metal dust! When he left he said, with a mop it will clean real fast. That was not the case-I was left scrubbing this tiny bathroom walls, window, floors, bathtub, sink for more than two hours, because this dust stuck like glue to everything. That's fine, I can clean, not a big deal. But we are now left with rust stains on the white bathtub and sink.
Called Conrad back the next day as the toilet was still leaking and he tightened something up. I then politely asked him what I should use to scrub the bathtub and sink with, since they are now yellow from the particles that flew and deposited there (I even poured bleach in the tub and let it sit there). I pointed out to the yellow bathtub and he told me that it was like that before he arrived! I was shocked at his nerve to say that. We do not use the bathtub at all, we use the shower, and the bathtub has been in pristine condition. Then he said it's because of the anti slip material on the bottom of the bathtub that the particles attached to, and there is nothing to clean that with-I should have those replaced!!! And when I politely told him that I would have appreciated if he told me that I needed to cover the areas in the bathroom or that he should have done it- having experience with this, he said:"" Ok. Have a good day"" and left. So no, I do not and will not recommend this company to anyone! He did not show any respect for my house or me as a customer. He acted like he did me a favor and now I have to incur additional costs to fix the tub. I'll wait another day to see if the toilet is still leaking.
