The man came into my home and argued with me about installing a garbage disposal that he brought vs the one I had. Then proceeded to curse the whole time during install. He was rude and disrespectful and unkind during the visit.

I had a sewer line installed in April by another company. I couldn't understand why the water in the sump pit was dark and murky with a foul odor coming from it. Bryan came out and immediately found the problem. The original company who installed the sewer line did not connect the kitchen sink drain to the sewer line!! The original company also did not cap off the old kitchen sink line so the sink water was running directly into the ground with no where to go. A few days later both Bryan and Steve came out and corrected the problem.

highly recommend! Solved our blocked sewer the same day we called. Very neat. Cleaned up afterwards. Used lots of drop cloths to protect carpet from the very cool machine that chopped up the tree roots. Hopefully we never need to do this again...but if we do these guys are who we will call!

I recently bought a duplex that needed some work. I decided to replace the the water lines. I called to get a quote and they said they'd stop by when they were in the area. They stopped the next day and gave me a quote.

Steve came a couple weeks later and re plumbed the entire downstairs in a day. Very hard working and efficient. I was very happy with service, price and quality.

Two weeks later Bryan came and fixed a drain line that was unrelated. He was honest on what needed fixed and how to fix it. As long as they keep keep coming I won't call another plumber.

I'm just livid over that incredible waste of time with that so-called
plumber. I have done a lot MORE work MYSELF
to try to figure out why the water bill is high than that guy did. He
didn't even bother flushing a toilet to see if any of the toilets
could be the issue. Didn't turn on any water faucets so look for
dripping. I opened cabinets myself to look underneath to look for
dripping while he was there just ignoring them. Just kept saying the little arrow on the meter would move if
there was a leak. I've looked at that arrow many times myself
already. If that's all he was going to do he should have told us at
the outset and not come over. As soon as he left I flushed a toilet,
the chain got stuck in the open position and I fixed it myself. Had to
shorten the chain. Seriously lazy guy , all he did was do what I've
done myself a thousand times already. And I've done more on top of
that.

I won't call Taylor Plumbing again ever.

I have only had the root out my drain from the outside but he always shows up on time and does exactly what he says for what he charges! How can you eat that....
