DISHONEST:
My Landlord had my underground oil tank removed and replaced with an above ground. The work was done by Taylor. The new tank was filled with the oil in the old tank, which I had paid for, and there was over 60 gallons left since the new tank was smaller than the old tank.

There were 3 employees present, sitting around joking while the surplus oil was pumped into a tank in their van. I asked what will happen with my oil and they said I would be given credit for it.

Several months later called to see when I could claim that credit and was told that since I didn't buy the oil from them, that they wouldn't be replacing it. I was essentially told that my 60+ gallons that was taken by Taylor would not be replaced.

As former law enforcement, this is called a larceny since my property was taken from me with a promise that I would be compensated for it, and then when I inquired about the compensation, it was denied.

I wish there was a choice of stars less than one. They don't deserve even that.

Used Taylor Oil for years until a service bill came back at a ridiculous price that made zero sense. Received several invoices all claiming different things. They were not willing to work with us until our CC company reversed what they charged us. After the dispute was settled we made it clear we would not be continuing business with them yet they're still trying to collect on future service contracts....

These guys are the worst. I trusted them to install two new toilets in my house without me looking over their shoulder. There was a different individual for each install because the first one made very homophobic remarks so we told him to leave and not come back. Neither plumber/tech bothered to install a flange on either toilet. In other words the toilets were bolted to the floor but not connected to the pipe below and the pipe was not even connected to the floor. I have had a different company come in and fix both toilets. Taylor has not responded to my multiple requests for a refund.
