The most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with. I only used them as a family member refferred me to them when my regular guy who does oil burner cleanouts went out of biz. I had called them in October to get my furnace cleaned out and the earliest they had was December. Ok no problem. The guy shows up on time and was great. I asked him if he needed a check now and he said no they will send you an invoice. Ok Great. I know the going rate for clean outs are max $150 if nothing has to be replaced. So i had an idea of a ballpark of where my bill will land. Get a statement in February that just shows an amount of $660.24 and no itemized details of what that consists of. So I cal the office in walth and the very rude angry woman answers and i give her the details she puts me on hold comes back and says oh yeah your not an oil customer so we charge non oil customers $192 an HOUR and the technician was there for 2 hours....ok so i feel like im some what smart and last time i did math 2 hours x 192 = $384...not the $660.24 ..so she tells me to email this guys Scottt ? ok so i do - see below of the most unprofessional ridiculousr reposnes ever - AND NOW THEY ARE GOING TO SCREW THE PERSON THAT REFERRED ME TO THEM - Good luck Kati and Scott

This is the rude woman you spoke to over the phone. Scott is out of the rest of the day and he asked me to email you. First, I want to say thank you for pointing out to me that your friend ---------------- was under charged. He should have been charged $175.00 per hours. I have noted that in his account.

Second: I looked at your bill and I only charged you $175.00 per hour plus parts, NOT $195.00, my error. I checked my guys GPS and he was there from 8:03 to 11:08. That is 3 hours and I only charged you 2.5 hrs. I can print the report if you would like? We replaced a fuel pump @ 147.31, firomatic valve @ $30.22, nozzle @ $16.80 and filter @ 6.12 .

Total for bill $650.48.

Scott is not willing to adjust this bill. I can forward another copy of the bill for you if like

I am so grateful to Taylor & Murphy for immediately helping me when my oil tank ran out of oil due to negligence of another company. We were freezing in January with no heat. Not only did Taylor & Murphy respond and rectify the issue immediately, but also they were kind, on time and professional.
In addition, they confirmed that I did not need to replace my oil tank at that time (which the other company attempted to coerce me to do so).

After several years servicing our existing boiler &A/C systems, it was time to replace our outdated, inefficient, and unreliable unit. Too many days without heat or hot water. They provided several options, focused on meeting our needs rather than overselling. We compared their quote to several others and found it competitive but that is NOT the most important element because the boiler is only ~1/3 of the cost. The primary cost involves plumbing, electrical, and other parts / valves / compressors and that's where you need a knowledgeable, reliable, honest, caring, committed, and trustworthy team. This is where Taylor Murphy excels above all others. When the completed system needed adjustment, they were only a phone call away. When the original system failed during a cold spell, they were available for service. When the new system highlighted poor wiring on the original A/C handler unit, they sorted out the problem no matter what it took. These days more than ever reliability and skill still count here. When our A/C system fails, we know where to reach out for the replacement.. which will be done right

This is for their FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - they said that they offer 24/7 Emergency Services, but this is a LIE.

This is only on offer for their regular customer, but it DOES NOT state this on their website. I called one night after having found them on yelp, only to be hung up on.

Please avoid this company! They did the heating and cooling for our entire new construction about 1 year ago. As the vents were being placed, we expressed concern regarding the locations but were told ""we know what we are doing"". We have had problems since the completion of the house with uneven heating and cooling throughout the house which has resulted in high gas and electric bills. We have called them multiple times over the last several months to come and take a look at the issues, but they keep putting us off. We rarely post reviews because we don't want to hurt a business, but this company is lacking in both expertise and customer service. Please beware.

Worst experience with a company I've ever had. Won't respond to voicemails, and quoted me a price $600 higher than anyone else. It seems like they only care about jobs for big new developments - not homeowners in their own area. Use them at your own risk.

Haven't used their services and never will. Driving on the highway when one of their trucks nearly side swipes me and as I pass him he starts yelling and flipping me off. Not the type of serviceman I would want in my house. Very unprofessional to do something like that in a company vehicle, coming from another serviceman. Whoever the driver was should be ashamed.

Terrible experience with this company. They overcharged me for heating oil. My landlord ""recommended"" them so I called and set up an auto-refill at my address. BIG mistake. I got a huge surprise with the first bill. Their price was 40% more than competitors. When I called their office, they said their company was ""full-service"" (whatever that means!) and they can't match the competitor's prices. They promised to give me 30c/gallon discount, which still was too expensive. They never sent an ""adjusted bill"" either. I asked them to cancel the auto-refill but they said they wouldn't because my landlord had to tell them, not me. I am paying the bill, not my landlord. They went ahead and filled the tank today again and charged me their ridiculous price AGAIN. Stay away from them at all costs. I'm going to file a complaint with BBB if they refuse to cancel the auto-fill program again.
