Mario N Teela M.Very unsatisfied with the handling of multiple plumbing visits. First they charge a high rate. Then I'm paying for the guy to go to a store and take his sweet time buying "parts". The estimate is far off of what was charged. Then now the water heater is still having the same issues as before. Did we really need a water heater or was it to take advantage of a sale? After 3 visits and hundreds of dollars the issues remain. Can a Plumber diagnose an issue before making assumptions these days?
