Came out of network to install a new HVAC because my family has used them for years. They were efficient, clean, and even followed up when I had questions post installation. I was not home while they were installing, but everything was exactly as a left it, just with a new system. Price seemed reasonable too. I'm hopeful that this reduces my eclectic bill moving forward!

I have done business with this company for Approximately 10 years. We have always renewed our service contract with them, each year, when they come to do the maintenance. This year they became more concerned with getting more money, than their customer service. They are now requiring you to pay for their service on top of paying for the sevice agreement(which as always been included, in the past). When a company shows that money comes before service, its time to change. Their technician left lights on in the basement and had turned the thermostat up to 80 degrees and never turned it back down.

Contacted to find out what brands of furnace they offer because I read good reviews on them. But I was completely turned off when they refused to tell me unless I first gave them my name and contact information to schedule an in-house visit.

I understand not giving an estimate, or scheduling an appt. without that info... but refusing to tell a potential customer what brand of furnace they may be able to choose from if they DO have you out to their house?

And during a COVID surge?

Felt very 'greasy' to me.

I needed to replace my furnace and AC unit. After 12 years or so both had begun to give me fits; so after several service calls it was time for new ones. Taylor had the most reasonable offer. equipment, and pricing. We had planned for a two day job and they were able to complete the work in one day. The service technicians were professional and when completed the area was clean and tidy. They explained everything they were doing.

Overall very happy with Taylor Heating and will more than likely use them again in the near future. I would recommend Taylor and to consider them for your future HVAC needs.

Not the customer driver, fact-forward company that it used to be. They are marketing their financing, not their products. Buyer beware.

I am so aggravated by my experience, but based on prior excellent experience, and quick response and fantastic care. I am changing my review here from 1 to 5 star. I am concerned, however, about whether that are just trying to get people into quick financing out of desperation. Their site feels smarmy and gimmicky. It is not built to educate or inform their customer base about their services, and I fear they have changed.

I used Taylor Heating for plumbing work and was very impressed with the service I received. They didn't require a payment for an estimate like another company I had come out to assess my needs. Matt G. was my tech and was right on time, courteous (even wore shoe covers when inside the house!), explained everything he wanted to do, and performed the work without issues (gas line and water heater replacement). Easy to communicate with the dispatch staff/ schedulers as well. I would have no hesitation contacting Taylor for future plumbing needs!

My hot water tank bit the dust and I contacted Taylor. I got a text right away from a gentlemen named Zack who said it would take 2 days to get a new hot water tank installed. I said I would call him the next morning as I could not wait two days to have hot water. He contacted me the next morning with a price of 2000 for the tank I would need at which point I said I could tankless for 3500 and would prefer to go that route. He said that was why he needed to have a guy come out and that he would have equipment in his truck and could do the job if I agreed to the quoted price. I thought that meant the tankless. I from 8:50 until 10 and no one showed up. I called Zack and told him I had to run out and He told me that the guy had a previous apointment and would definitely be here by 11am I was home at 10:50 and waited until 12:10 before I texted zach and then Called the office for Taylor. Not only was I told that the tech would be another hour but I also found out that they were going with the 2000 hot water pump not the tankless as I said I would rather go with. With half the day gone waiting I now have to pay emergency and after hours fees for a plumber to come and put in a new hot water tank that I bought at lowes for 900. Very unprofessional.

Taylor is a great company. We moved into a new home I February and relied on Taylor to make sure our home was safe and efficient. After a full energy audit we completed some work to seal our home up, insulate where necessary and service all heating, cooling and plumbing systems. Our utility bills are ridiculously low and all systems are running great.
Thanks Taylor for making our home safe and comfortable.

Set up a first-time appointment for a small job of hooking up my dishwasher and refrigerator lines after moving into a new home with new appliances. I even worked from home knowing a plumber was coming.

I called the Taylor Heating & Plumbing office (note, they did not call me) to confirm appointment in the morning. They told me someone would arrive between 2 and 4. Well that time came and went. Basically a no show.

When I called at 4:30, they gave me a story that some other woman called and said she already hooked up the lines. First off, who is this other woman? The receptionist was unable to tell me who this person was or even what their number was. I suspected they must have had two different customers with the similar names perhaps and got us confused? They even had to ask for my address three separate times during my calls to them. Second, even if that happened, why did they not call me, the customer to confirm someone else canceling on my behalf? What kind of security is there in that? Not sure who this woman was or what kind of crazy story that was, but not happy they never showed up or even called. I'm sure the actual plumbers are great based on the previous reviews - just not happy about the office organization and communication.

I ended up calling another plumber - Hopefully they are more sane, reliable, organized and show up when they say they will show up and reach out to me to confirm the appointment and/or to let me know if any issues arise.
