Hired this man twice now to fix my bathroom situation at my office in Scottsdale (old faulty building, naturally). Not only does he handle his job promptly, but I didn't even know he already fixed the problem, before he even walked in my door! He's fixed both my toilet issues, both times, so fast. I was so relieved I don't even question asking anyone else to fix the plumbing issues associated with my spa. He's now working with my boyfriend as well!

Not only did this take way too long the parts were wrong and they connected hot and cold faucet water lines both to the cold water line only?!?! So basically walked the job with them, they took no notes or pictures just acted casual about the laundry list of things we needed done. Ordered the wrong faucet. Failed to connect hot water to a faucet. Made multiple trips back without finishing jobs properly each time. Blamed the supply company for the timing issues. Maybe they would have been delivered on time if the correct parts were ordered hahaha... Basically didn't take our job seriously. I am sure they will take it seriously now but too late.

Taylor did a fantastic job with our bathroom remodel. Not only did he install the fixtures for our sinks, shower and toilet, he had to re-plumb most of the bathroom, including moving pipes in the walls. He was a pleasure to work, with and I'm so happy we choose him for the job. We will definitely use him again.

I have been struggling with a sewer stench in my A/C vents in my condo for the last three years. I finally found a hard working plumber that wasn't afraid to put holes in my walls and find the source. He didn't have to tear up my entire house up either! Finally there is hope to live a normal life again! He is very nice and professional as well.
