They sent a gentleman out to check our AC unit, and from the moment he arrived we felt uncomfortable. Very unprofessional, no uniform or logo on work vehicle. Quickly wanted to sell us a new unit, barely spent 10 minutes checking our unit. Contacted another local company, chose to replace unit even though they could repair and the price was almost $700 less than Taylor, who we had used in the past. Sorry guys, you need to get your act together.
