Tayco Plumbing provided a service that left a lot to be desired. The job I hired them for was a simple pressure test, which they said would take 7-10 day MAX. But the tech ,Randall Horn, was unprofessional, poorly executed, and lacked any sense of urgency. This goes for the Master plumber of Tayco as well. They will tell you how much the service will cost, force you to pay up front, just to take 10+ weeks to even pull a permit. Week after week I was told it was pulled and will be called in next week, just to go to the city and find out they haven't even walked in the building to start any paper work for it. They will lie to you over and over again. They will give you a set price, but when they lack urgency and it doesn't go their way, they will charge you more and more. I paid well over twice as much as what they originally charged me because "this was taking so much time" even thought they didn't do anything for weeks. They even threaten not to call the inspection in unless i sent them $500 more. They were using broken equipment, and I am certain they lied to me about there being an issue just so they can "fix it" and charge me hundred of dollars more. All in all, the experience left much to be desired, and I would not recommend Tayco Plumbing to anyone. Absolutely no body.
