Hey everyone, I called in a plumbing issue to my insurance and they issued the repair to Tavor. It's hard not to be anxious, as you never know the level of service you will receive when you don't know the contractor, but I was so pleasantly surprised I had to give this review.
Rick, the owner, was prompt, polite, and did just as he promised. He was quick, cleaned the old materials out, and showed me what the problem was before he left my home. I would not hesitate to call him directly if I have a plumbing issue in the future. Very pleasant, professional, and trustworthy.
