Rick from Tavor Plumbing did what other plumbers could not! My sink was draining slowly so I called my insurance company who sends out a plumber. The plumber takes things apart, snakes the drain and says he is ordering a camera to see why he cannot unclog the drain. The insurance company decides to ask for a second opinion which is where Rick from Tavor Plumbing comes to the rescue. Not only does Rick show up 20 mins early, he unclogs the drain, cleans up, puts things back together and is out the door in 12 minutes. Wonderful work by Rick! Our garage basin was clogged due to backing up from the kitchen which Rick noticed instantly. He also found the last plumber mistake in one of the job from washing machine drainage and notified about it preemptively. I highly recommend him!

Got connected thru my home insurance company to take a look at a leaky toilet. He was really honest about the situation and recommended that I not take the replacement offered by the insurance company and instead put the cash payout towards a higher quality toilet. I ended up doing that and really appreciated his advice. My new toilet is great.
