From my home warranty (Fidelity National), I was scheduled to have service with Tavor Plumbing. I called them up and they immediately scheduled me within a day or two.

Rick, the service person was exceptional. He also patiently explained to me when I asked specific questions on the work. He was courteous, clean with his work and got the job done quickly. Very professional. I am very happy with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone.

He even volunteered to crawl into our sub-basement to check out work well beyond his contract. I really appreciate when an expert teaches me, so that I am a more educated homeowner. Zorislav was excellent! Our shower had an issue with the hot water control and was found to have a part that had worn out due to age. A relatively simple job... however, the part in question was from a high-end manufacturer and not exactly easy to locate. Zorislav traveled to 5 different parts distributors on the peninsula to track the part down, and was able to install it easily. Highly recommended!

Just moved to a new house in SF that some prior plummer really did a number on - seems like we find a new leak every few weeks! Luckily, Tavor Plumming has been a life saver. Reliable work, reasonable prices, responsive, kind, took the time to walk us through everything and just in general wonderful to work with.

We won't be calling anyone other than Tavor Plumming for any future issues. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Zorislav is fast and when he fixes something, it stays fixed. He also gave good advice for things that were outside his scope to fix, such as reminding Toto that they offer a lifetime warranty and have to replace parts that break. Highly recommended and I will call them again.

Tavor was the plumber that our home warranty sent out to fix 2 toilets, a leak under the sink, and 3 shower leaks. Getting a hold of him initially was very difficult and once we scheduled him to come out, he said he could only fix the leak under the sink. He needed to order a part for this and we'd be out of town for a week and had anticipated he'd come right after we returned. We waited 3 weeks and called him over 5x - he then said he still hadn't ordered the part and couldn't schedule us to come back until he did. Since he was so hard to get ahold of I had asked if we could just schedule for a week out - once the part had arrived. He got very aggressive and said no to this simple request. We complained to the home warranty and had them send out Chosen Plumbing who is much better & more reliable. Chosen actually fixed ALL our issues and said that Tavor had even mis-diagnosed the problem under the sink and it didn't need a replacement part just a different type of install. Not only is Tavor difficult to get ahold of, unresponsive, but also isn't able to diagnose or fix problems. I do not recommend this plumber.

Rick was sent to us through our home warranty and after leaving a voice-mail, he got back to us within an hour.

He replaced our kitchen faucet and got authorization from our warranty very quickly. He was also very fun to talk to while he was fixing our faucet.
