Tom W.My gas furnace stopped working. Tavella came out and said it was too old to get replacement parts.
I found the part he needed and at the plumber's request I ordered it. I called them twice to put the part in with no return call. I installed the part and my furnace didn't work.
Tavella wanted to sell me a new furnace for $1600.
I had another Plumber fix this furnace for $500 with a gas vaulve .He told me there are all kinds of replacement parts available for my furnace.
Tavella did not diagnose my furnace properly and I froze 2 days waiting for them to return.
