Andy the owner answers the phone and I called him and texted like 10 times each time he was kind and informative!
When he came to instal he was warm , considerate. and patient with my challenges!
What an awesome person! I never in my life met a service owner like him and probably won't!!!

Phenomenal customer service and responsiveness. Our water heater went out unexpectedly and Andy had us up and running with a new tankless system a couple days later. I cannot thank him enough for how professional and diligent he was. The price quoted was the price charged, so they are very reputable and fair in their pricing.

My tenant notified me that she came home after work to find the water heater leaking. I researched several plumbers to check reviews and pricing for a replacement- which I was going to need asap. The high reviews for Tavares plumbing stood out to me so I gave them a call first thing in the morning. I spoke to Andy, the owner, who was extremely helpful and was able to replace the water heater that day. He arrived around lunch time and had the job done quickly. He was straightforward about pricing and payment options. He was very good communicating and let me know when he was on the way to the house for my tenant and when he was done. My tenant gave him two thumbs up- so this review is really two 5 stars for Tavares plumbing. I will recommend and use them again for sure. Thanks Andy!

Andrew installed a water heater for us same day as we saw it was leaking for what I would say is the best price in the valley. Quick, personal service too! Later we had an issue with our circulator pump and he came back, bleed the lines and saved us $930 quoted by another plumber. No charge at Andrew! Call this guy for your repairs!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience. Andy came 2 days after I called to replace my traditional tank water heater with a new tankless. He was very nice and highly professional. As for the pricing, they were by far the most transparent and the lowest I had found. I had, before him Benjamin Franklin who provided a quote over $5k, and Tavaras plumbing was $3860...just like their website says.

I dont give a lot of recommendations, but Tavaras plumbing is a keeper

Sadly, updating review based on recent experience.

They installed a new water heater in n 2020 and the experience was excellent. Unfortunately, it recently started leaking and began flooding my garage. Not their fault. It happens. I called Tavares to ask for help. Whoever answered said they probably couldn't get to me that day, which is understandable, but that they would be back at the office soon and would call me with a firm time. I never heard back, so I called again later that afternoon, and it went to voicemail. I left a message but didn't get a response. I tried again the next day, leaving another message, but still no response. In the end, they completely ghosted me. To make things worse, the supplier they use for their water heaters said that for warranty replacements, only the installing company or the owner can exchange the units, assume a booger hassle to things.

I'm the end, I called Moon Vally Plumbing, they quickly came to the house and called the supplier to get an exception for them to pick up the replacement unit, and got us back up and running.

Tavares may be one of the cheapest around, and may be OK if you need to save a few bucks on a new install, but the after sale experience was terrible.

Professional and friendly and was extremely knowledgeable- I called him on a Sunday because my water heater went out and he was at my house the next afternoon and rearranged his schedule to accommodate my family. I was forever thankful and grateful! I 100% recommend Tavares Plumbing!
