Justin saved our rental cabin from a stressful plumbing situation at a time when we had guests staying there and more coming. Our sewer lift malfunctioned and was overflowing, and he offered us a temporary solution until he could get there to solve it. When we had an emergency, he prioritized our cabin to make sure he fixed the problem as fast as possible, on multiple occasions with different situations. He was so great to work with: excellent and fast communication, super knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. We are so glad we found Tattoo Johnson & Son, and will be calling only them for any and all future plumbing needs!!

The toilet at our family cabin in Allenspark stopped up Friday just as we were getting ready to leave. We had two families coming the next day with four children. Unable to clear the problem ourselves, we called neighbors for plumbing references and Googled. We called three plumbers in the area and had to leave messages asking for return calls. As of 4 pm we had no responses and our Yelp search turned up Tattoo Johnson & Son. We called and left a message but had little hope since it was after 4 pm on a Friday. But to our surprise, Justin called us back-- in fact he had to call two different phone numbers. After explaining our circumstances he said he could come by early Saturday morning and was confident that he could resolve the problem. Sure enough, he showed up at 8:30am Saturday and quickly determined the problem (our septic line was blocked and needed clearing). Within two hours of arriving he had fully fixed the problem and his fee was shockingly reasonable (basically emergency service on a weekend). He was pleasant, considerate, thorough, and very helpful in addition to being very competent. We will recommend without hesitation Tattoo Johnson & Son to anyone in the Allenspark and Estes Park area in need of a plumber. They are excellent!

Justin got my rental taken care of quickly and professionally after hours. We had an issue with a clogged drain that was flooding our basement. He was extremely nice to my tenants and made sure he solved all the issues in every drain that could have problems. I can't thank him enough!!

Justin is a friendly guy and a great plumber. Reasonable rates. He cleared our main sewer drain and found a problem where the main pipe needed to be replaced. Recommended.

Called on a Monday and they were able to come out the next day - we thought we needed our pump replaced because the alarm was going off. Justin was super professional -looked at the pump and determined it did not need to be replaced but a gasket had come loose. We did have a larger problem come to light - he was able to find the source of the problem and fix it within the same day. Highly recommend!
