The guys here are so nice. Luke was the one who answered my call and talked to me for a while about my garbage disposal and what could possibly be wrong with it. He was seriously great and we had a 10 minute conversation about my options and when he could have someone out here by. Luke told me that Eddy would be the one to come over and get my disposal repaired, and that'd be fine too!

Eddy was just as nice as Luke, and he made sure to answer all of my remaining questions. He also had a ton of knowledge on everything I asked about. It made me feel at ease when he said he specialized in garbage disposals and had been doing this for years.

Great prices too! How can you beat great prices AND great service?!

They were amazing. Would 100% recommend to friends and family. Since I was able to text them photos of my water heater they were able to tell me the price, how long the job would take and what time someone could come over by. I thought this was super convenient and I thought everything sounded great. There weren't any surprises or weird charges at the end, super honest people. No more cold showers for me. I would honestly just use them for the pure convenience of how their system runs!

I honestly hated the kitchen sink in my house. I was extremely picky with who I wanted to go with to get a new one. When I called in their plumber called me back and he let me know their prices and his schedule. Well I told him I was super picky and wanted the job to be perfect and he was confident he could do a great job. I ended up loving his work even more than I thought I would. They have talented and precise plumbers I highly recommend them!

I needed a new pilot light for my water heater and they had the earliest appointment from everyone I called...needed my water heater fixed asap. The plumber had brought all of the parts and said that they backed up their work... my water heaters been working great for 3 weeks now...I can't express how great it was having my water heater fixed the same day it went out...

We called Tates Plumbing to help with a bathroom renovation. They were extremely responsive and informative. In the past when I've dealt with minor plumbing issues I've had frustrating experiences hiring a plumber, but Tates was efficient and reliable. They were punctual, produce solid results, and their rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend them!
