They stood me up three times. The office didn't even have the courtesy to call me to tell me of the change in schedule. If they can't communicate and aren't reliable on a basic level, how good will their work be??

Look at the other reviews. Note the ratio of good service to men and good service to women.

Very non responsive. We have called twice already, been given the run around each time and were lead to believe he would fit us in really soon. I probably wouldn't leave this review if He just said He wasn't interested in the job, instead we kept getting a ""I'll call you in a couple days"" and nothing. Very unprofessional.

Our downstairs bathroom plumbing was backed up. Rather than snake the downstairs toilet auger out to the street, the guy from Tate augured from the backflow valve out to the street, which wasn't where the problem was to begin with. We asked him to do what I'd mentioned, but he refused, wrote our bill, and left. 5 days later, we had the same problem again. I called Tate and left a VM. My phone calls has not been returned. I will never call Tate Plumbing again! Do not use Tate plumbing!

I've been on a ""waiting list"" since the beginning of November. I was told they'd call me when they could come out. Called back around the beginning of December to see if I could get anymore information on when they'd be out and the lady said someone would call me back and let me know and they never did. We eventually found a different plumber because it was clear they were going to respond.

Coldest day of the year and our water heater blew a thermocouple !! Tate's Plumbing responded immediately and provided excellent, courteous service. The tech was friendly, and knew what he was doing. I'll call these gals and guys next time we have an issue !!!!

Had them come out to give an estimate for outside faucet called twice about them coming out to fix it haven't heard from them it's been over two weeks if they can't do the job why don't they say so I rated them with a one star

I had my main pipe freeze and break. All plumbers were covered up with the freezing temperatures. Eric called me asap to repair my busted pipe. He got my water going in a few hrs. Good price and courteous service. I could have fixed it myself but I have a shop to run and Tate's plumbing got me fixed up with me not having to lose anymore time away from my shop.

We had a different plumber come out to check on a problem we are still having after paying Tate's plumbing over $4,000 for work that they did. The new plumber said they did a lot of unnecessary work that didn't even fix our issue. When working with Tate's, the women who answers the phone was extremely rude and insulting us by saying hateful things. We were quoted $2000 for the work that they essential charged us over $4000 for and didn't even solve our problem. As a hardworking family with little kids, we were so disappointed and taken advantage of.
