This has to be the WORST company to deal with, and I HIGHLY suggest noone should EVER make the mistake we made by having them out to our home. They sent out their technician to simply put some tape on open spaces nearby our furnace. He was here no more than 1/2 hour. We were told there would be a $99 charge to come out and whatever needed to be done, that initial fee would go towards the work they performed. Of course they were kidding!!!! They charged us $160!!!!! which after calling three other companies, that was WAY MORE than any other company was going to be charging. However, this company came recommended from Thousand Oaks Plumbing since they had just done work on my home...so although I attempted to call Tassio directly and let them know that I should not be charged and additional $60, it fell on deaf ears. I then contacted T.O. Plumbing since they are all owned by CASTLEWORKS, another company that is uninterested in customer service, and the manager there agreed to help me get my entitled $60 back. However, although the manager at the plumbing side of CASTLEWORKS agreed to help me, what he did not tell me is that he was taking it upon himself to credit the card I used for a plumbing job and not for the Furnace job. I cannot for the life of me figure out where he had the idea to get an ok from my cc company to just credit to any darn card he wanted versus getting the credit on the card I used to pay for that particular service. I waited TEN DAYS to get to the bottom of this fiasco,, while the manager is asking ME if I am checking the credit going back to the correct card!!!!! This company should not be treating the consumer with disprespect and gauging them the way they did me. I am aware that the mgr at Thousand Oaks Plumbing had good intentions on making this right, but instead, made it worse by charging another cc without notifying me thats what he was doing. This is a clear cut situation of the right hand and the left hand not communicating with the consumer. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH THAT I WILL BE SURE AND LET EVERYONE AND ANYONE I KNOW TO NEVER USE THIS TASSIO COMPANY UNLESS THEY WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND TREATED LIKE DIRT! STAY AWAY FROM CASTLEWORKS COMPANIES SINCE THEY HONESTLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, OR THEY WOULD HAVE RETURNED MY CALLS AND NOT LEAVE IT IN THE HANDS OF THEIR MANAGEMENT IN ANOTHER DIVISION.
The other issue was that TASSIO claimed that they were just in charging me the amount they did since they were out at my home several times. They were out at my home only ONCE and I never heard of this company before they were recommended to me by the very same manager that tried to do right by me. Sadly, this has been nothing short of a nightmare for us and I want to be sure it NEVER happens to anyone else.....I hate giving this company ANY stars because even ZERO is too much, but I have to do something or this review will not get printed.

We are definitely not happy. This company was really dishonest, when estimates and quotes were requested. They tried to fabricate reasons as to why certain services were needed, requiring more and more; saying ""you need this!! , you need that!!"". They attempted to take advantage because they knew we had no clue on the HVAC or plumbing issues. The bottom line is these guys tried to charge 10 times what it would actually cost in material and labor; for example if material and labor would cost $600.00 they easily attempt to charge $5,500.00.

I will never use this company, and it is fraudulent what they are trying to get profit on naive consumers as myself.

Before you call these guys be sure you do your homework before they can take you for surprise.

I have had the worst experience with this company. I highly recommend NOT using this company. I waited for three months before posting this review, giving them a chance to rectify as I truly hate writing bad reviews. But, it is clear now that they are truly an unprofessional and unreliable company. They had told me that a part was ""ordered"" for almost the last three months. Every time I called I was told they were waiting on the parts they had ordered, and twice I was actually told the part has been ""shipped"" so they should be receiving it any day. They were finally rescheduled to come back out this week, and the day of the work, they called me and told me they cannot do the job because its not in their scope. I was confused, and asked what they meant. They then told me they dont even know which parts to order. So, turns out I was so boldly lied to for months when I was told the parts were ordered. Now, I learn no parts were ordered and they don't even know what parts needed to be ordered. And of course they wait until the day I take off work for them to come to do the job to let me know that they are not in fact coming. Please spare yourself and DO NOT work with this unprofessional company

We were not happy with the responsiveness with the other company we used to install our new AC and heating unit. We saw good reviews for Tassio and decided to try them for our yearly maintenance.
The technician Brian came out when they said he would and he explained everything he was doing and even gave good tips on reducing the need for repairs and keeping our system running for a long time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely use Tassio in the future!

Tassio Temp is the best in the market for HVAC. We made the decision to go with Tassio to replace our 5 tons HVAC unit after comparing with 6 different companies. Tech from every company inspected our system and quoted us. But, Tassio stood out in all aspects of technical knowledge of the system, process, pricing and authenticity.
Avo is great, we decided to go with Tassio because of Avo. He is personable, knowledgeable, spent a couple of hours twice explaining and educating us on the system. He made it easy for us to make the decision quickly. He is highly reliable, quick in responding to our inquiries via phone, text or email.
Avo's team Abi Bahena Gomez, Oscar and Filman did a fabulous job. Abi worked on uninstalling and installing the unit at the backyard and Filman and Oscar worked on the attic uninstalling and installing the furnace and evaporator coil. The entire work was done within 8 hours seamlessly. Oscar was swift in installing the Google Nest learning. Abi was so efficient oversaw all the work while working himself. These guys are great! We highly recommend Tassio Temp Control, Avo and his team Abi, Oscar and Filman for your HVAC needs.

Find another company. These guys are incompetent and would not return our calls.

We had $5,123.43 worth of duct work done on March 3, 2022. The AC unit worked for 3 months and then the flexible ducting collapsed and the coils froze over. At first they tried to blame some other phantom worker for crushing the duct and then blamed the AC unit itself. They replaced the ducting, but left a cautionary tale with our tenant that the unit was going to fail again that distressed her since current temperatures were in the 90's. OK fine. Let's set up a time where we can execute a permanent solution.
Between 6/28 and 8/15 a total of 8 calls were made to the Tassio office and to the cell phone of the manager, Tom Middleton. To me, a non-professional HVAC person we needed a rigid duct leading to the uptake register and I suggested this. Each time we were told, ""A technician will get back to you"". That never happened.

On 8/15 the ducting collapsed again. One more call on that day and then radio silence. Since indoor temperatures were hovering just under 90 degrees, I called another company who came out same day and diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes and installed the rigid ducting the following day. Their comment was the prior installation was ""shoddy"" and the collapse was due to 6 extra feet of unneeded ducting that weakened the entire system.

There are a lot of competent choices out there for HVAC vendors. Go with one of those

Hugo made what might have been a waste d/t planning miscommunication on a thermostat install into a save by troubleshooting a critical repair in the middle of a heatwave. It would have been easy to just say reschedule of corrected order was all he would do on a 110 degree Friday. Great save. Thanks

I am completely in love with this company!!!
Our technician Brian came out and he was extremely personable and knowledgeable and efficient in every way!
Before having the company come out I spoke to Jenny I believe she is a manager there and she was so helpful and letting me know what to expect when they came because of the very old system that we have. She did not want me to be surprised by any prices so she laid everything out on the line which I can't even tell you how much I appreciate and hell nobody else had done this for me!!
We have to get a new unit for home and we are definitely going with this company so much I trust them !!!
Can't give enough positive comments!!!
