We get maintenance from Tassio a couple of times a year to keep things running. Ronnie is great! He took the time to really inspect our HVAC system, take photos, and explain thoroughly his recommendations and why he is recommending them. Definitely trust this company, as all of the service folks that have come out to check our system have been really informative and great!

We were once again impressed with the service, professionalism and knowledge that Tassio's crew has always provided. Our technician today was Brian Harper, and aside from being right on time, a very likeable guy with great communication skills, he solved a chronic leak in one of our HVAC systems that could have caused major mold and flooding issues. This system was installed by a different HVAC (BP) company, who were overpriced and did a terrible job that we just discovered has many fudged and poorly installed cheats. We highly recommend Tassio amd will only use them in the future.

Tassio Temperature Control needs to be more professional and have better customer service. I had a new unit installed a few years ago, and still have issues with the HVAC system they couldn't fix. Beware before you sign up for service with Tassio Temperature Control Inc!

I trusted that they would fix my brand new building but they keep raising the price adding thousands of dollar more and they fixed one and I asked for additional quote they said I need to pay more. they didn't reply they don't answer the calls or emails. I don't know what is happening with the work.

Tassio told me I would have to replace my HVAC system at a cost of $10,670. Thankfully, I decided to get another quote. The independent contractor that I called fixed my HVAC system for $600.

Thomas from Tassio was on time and completed the work of adding refrigerant, detecting and fixing a leak as well as checking the effectiveness of his work with me. I recommend him highly.

Out of the 20 or so places in SFV that claimed to have 24 hr emergency service, Tassio was the only place to have techs actually working the field on a Sunday.

Thomas arrived exactly on time, was friendly, clear to understand and had us back in action within an hour.

I have a new HVAC unit, contracted to another company through Costco, however Tassio and Thomas have earned my business from here on out. Thank you to both!

Had these guys out. Charged a 90 dollar diagnostic fee.
Came back today, part was under warranty.
1.5 hours of work was 556 dollars.
The invoice was very sparse and simply said ""labor 1""
Tried calling to find out how much they charge for labor, the person on the phone said they did not know and they would get back to me.
According to google the average air condition repair hourly wages are between 50 $50.
