Great company, professional folk, above and beyond service.

Our A/C went our earlier this summer, and Tassio came out and fixed it right up for us. A month later we thought it went out again, turns out it was just a tripped circuit. Now, So Cal is having a heat wave, (Aug 2020) and our AC is bumping. It's super breezy, and a special thanks to Franco, for coming out and not making us feel silly when he flipped the breaker.

I do not usually write reviews, but this time I had to! The company is absolutely amazing! Our AC stopped working Monday night and I had it fixed the next day! Also, with everything that is happening in the world right now, the workers were extremely professional, sanitary, and respectful,. Throughout their whole visit, they were following the state's guidelines and were wearing masks, gloves, and other necessary protection. My AC was fixed very fast and the price was not high at all as well! I will recommend Tassio Control to all of my family and friends now!

These guys are outstanding. Had Avo come to my house to fix our AC. Avo was extremely professional and was very respectful and sanitary. Before he left, he told us all the areas that he touched so we can sanitize. He also had a mask and gloves on the whole time. He fixed our AC in no time for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!!!

My name is Avedis (Avo), I have worked for Tassio Temperature Control for just over a year now. I'm not sure how common it is for a employee to write a review about the company they work for. But, I felt that I needed to express my feelings on some sort of public platform. The time I've spend working here has been very pleasant. Bill Tassio the owner has always been a honest man with integrity. He's always been straight forward with us and cared about our opinions and feelings. I've always felt He was very easy to approach and speak to about any concerns I've had in the past. He's always been very clever and focused on resolving any and all situations for all his employees. Our management and dispatchers have always cared about us and always gave us everything we needed to do our jobs efficiently and accurately. Finally, I've been involved and working in the industry since I was 16 years old and went to vocational school for Hvac when I was 18 years old and even got my driver license in a work van. In 21 years I've been doing this I've never seen such care and workmanship on new equipment installations as our team. I mean it's really a work of art. Our team really strives for perfection and every install must have photos taken and sent to Bill himself for approval. All in all I'm glad to have found this company and happy to be spending my work days here. I hope this review reaches you and intrust you to work with us. Very disappointed. Was told we needed an entire new AC unit. Wanted to charge $10k plus. Had a second company come by and all it was, the power switch had been turned off. All I can say is WOW. Either lack of expertise or someone trying to make a sale to scam and take advantage of a single mother.

We had Tasso install our Air-conditioning in 2015 and have them maintain it twice yearly since. We never have had a problem and Thomas makes sure everything works properly!! We highly recommend them.

Very pleased with Tassio Temperature Control. New customer. I signed up for their twice a year service. First you get Sunny on the phone making the appt. She is as pleasant and sunny as her name indicates. Then I have Thomas come and service my unit. I always request Thomas. He's been in our home 3 times. He's always on time and so professional. I can bombard him with so many questions and he patiently answers every single one. He's a rare find in this world of furnaces and air conditioners. I highly recommend Tassio for your heating services.

Professional & fixed the problem with the switch. Impressive customer service, especially by telephone customer service representative. That being said, I am still waiting for their recommendation to replace the entire unit as discussed with the technician. We have a recurring problem with the old switch and apparently it needs to be replaced. However, since the unit is old, switches for this unit are no longer available on the market. Hence, the entire unit needs replacement.
