basement flooded. they came and replaced a part. something was wrong. they promised to come back. then they said they would not. lady was very hostile revengeful that i threatened to sue. then they shut down my account and kept money. i miss crowley. then they gang stalk us. they retaliate because i am an activist. peneding civil litigation. this company is horrible. do not trust them.

My partner signed an even-pay contract with automatic delivery and a no-run-out clause w/Tasse for this winter.

When we asked for delivery just ahead of the first big cold spell of the winter, they were rude. We ran out of fuel on the first day of the cold, and they and STILL didn't deliver for several days more.

When we exceeded our contract amount and couldn't increase payments right away (my partner has unemployed since the start of COVID, and was waiting for a decision on a disability claim), they put an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE through on MY debit card (no legal relationship to my partner, whose name is on the account and contract) for over $600, leaving us NOTHING to live on for the rest of the month.

And they were antagonistic, rude, shaming and bullying when we called to try and resolve.

I will NEVER work with this company.

Wonderful people! Awesome experience! Another company did a service on my oil furnace and told me I needed to replace my heat pump for $1000 but Tasse came out and had it running in ten minutes. I suspected Gervais was trying to rip me off after I called about one of two ducts being cold and Gervais charged me 400 to come out to check.... and tell me about the cold return, and after he ""cleaned"" the furnace the heat went off 3 days later. They took no responsibility and wanted to charge me 550 to come out on the day after Thanksgiving and their tech cleaned the furnace again for 2 hours before finally trying to restart, which failed and they had no problem leaving me in this winter weather without heat for 3 days. WOW. Go with Tasse! I am planning to have them replace my water heater next and add a whole house filter to my well system.

Very shady business. Few years ago one of the better businesses around. Now, they will over charge, send un skilled workers and even never show up to fix a job that they made worse! This isn't one incident I've had with this company. Been several over the past couple years. So PLEASE be aware if you are considering hiring this company. Again, few years ago they were top notch. But something happened there and it has become a sub par, dishonest business that cannot seem to keep good workers or even have enough knowledge of the trades to even be in business in my opinion. Best thing to do if you need gas, plumbing service is to use the Home advisor app. Good luck.

They are SUPER RUDE. Called for service and they were very rude. They said that the guy on duty didn't want to take the job. What type of business is this!!!!

Tasse Fuel is a wonderful company. I've done business with them my whole adult life as did my parents. They are like family. If there is a problem with something, they take care of it immediately and with no hassles. They really have a concern for there customers. I'd never go anywhere else
