Tarpy's Scott Bergen used to install Mini Split A/C systems, so he was just the person to give us a detailed and realistic idea of what would be needed to install one in our home. My wife and I appreciated his easy manner and candidness, which is why we decided to go with Tarpy. . . . that, and the price he quoted, we felt, was a fair one too.

On the appointed day of installation, Jason and Nick arrived exactly on time. Jason who is the lead tech, took the time to patiently answer all of our questions. He made sure we were happy as to where particular units would be placed before permanently installing them. We found both Jason and Nick to be diligent and conscientious workers. They did an excellent installation job for us, and we're happy we chose the right company to do the work for us.

We needed a replacement heating unit for my elderly parents' townhome in Bonita at a reasonable price. Tarpy was recommended by friends and I'm happy to say, they exceeded our expectations!
No delays. We were able to schedule service for the date we needed. Because my parents are primarily Spanish-speaking we were VERY pleasantly surprised that the young men providing the service were also Spanish-speaking.

Miguel and Catalino were not only on time, but very respectful, hard-working, cleaned up after themselves and finished the job on a timely manner. We highly recommend Tarpy for any of the services they provide.

I would like to thank Cory for a job well done! I called Tarpy to look at a HVAC system for me that was previously worked on by Sears. Sears installed two thermostat and had wired it up the wrong way causing hot air to come out of the system instead of cool air. Cory showed up on time and ready to tackle my project. Cory thank you for the job well done, and for educating me on the system. Great customer service, great communication skills. Tarpy you guys have a great asset. Last year we had Tarpy install a new vac system which is totally amazing and saving us tons of money already this year...and then Cory came out today just to change the filter..he's amazing by the way! I own a startup cannabis distribution company. Contrary to popular belief, this industry isn't as profitable as you'd think since most profit is now going towards taxes! The reason I bring this up is because despite my industry, Tarpy's pricing was very competitive and they did not try to gouge me. In addition, they walked me through my options for active carbon filters to mitigate cannabis odor. The installers, Nicholas & Cole, were excellent. Professional, fast, and explained everything from programming the thermostat to changing the carbon filters. Well done men. I highly recommend this outfit.

Both Jeff and Scott were outstanding. My furnace is on its last legs, needed some work done instead of being replaced. They both helped me find a way to take care of the overheating problems without spending a fortune. Now our house is heating up quickly like it never has before. Half way through the planned fix, he found a better way to take care of the problem leaving me more options and even working AC, which has been broken for years. Bonus!

Jeff was quick to find the problem with my AC/heater and offer me different solutions. He was very thorough explaining what the problem was, what needed to be done to fix it, and what the cost associated would be. The company has an excellent booking system and even text you a photo and info of who's going to your place. Jeff -the tech assigned to my place- was always on time. He kept me posted on the repair work, came to adjust the refrigerant charge the following day until it worked. He did a great job and I highly recommend Tarpy and Jeff! Definitely will be using them again for the maintenance and everything else. Thanks!
