I would not recommend this company. I paid cash for a service that the tech pocketed. The company called me and sent an invoice a month later. I told them I paid cash for the service. They told me that have no control over what happens in the field. Really? They don't have a system of checks and balances in place? Chris the tech is a thief, plan and simple. I am absolutely disgusted over this and will never use them or recommend then to anyone. Stay away from Target Air Systems.

Warren is the best. Responsive, knowledgeable and reliable! I only recently started using him, but had a serious emergency this past week - with the temp hitting 2 degrees my furnace went out overnight. Warren was at my home by 9am and had a new unit delivered within the hour. We back up with heat that afternoon. I will not be using anyone for my HVAC but Warren and Target Air...I highly recommend!

Our heating system gave out right before Thanksgiving. We were expecting company over the long weekend and it was freezing. Despite a long workday Warren came over on Tue night to take a look and sent his men early the next morning to fix the system. He was able to source the necessary materials and get it working by Wed afternoon! We truly appreciate the effort that he and his men put in to get our heating system fixed in record time. They were all knowledgeable and professional.

Have had Target Air service our furnace over the years, and have always been pleased with the service. Had no heat one morning, and funny sounds coming from the furnace. Of course, by the time the tech could get out to us the heat had come back on and the sound had stopped but he talked me through what I had heard, new what the problem was and fixed it in no time. Haven't had any repeat problems. Fast, reliable, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Can't say enough good things about them.

We've had both our heating and air conditioning systems replaced by Target Air. Their service is outstanding especially in emergency situations. We've had a variety of technicians come out - all very knowledgable and professional. The owner is clearly customer service oriented. I have total confidence in everything they have done and do - I have referred them to a number of friends who also agree they are the best!

Have used Warren and Target for several years and just used them again to install mini split system as add on heat and a/c for new addition. Work done as promised. Would recommend to anyone although one thing to keep in mind if you have older system and expect anyone to come in and fix. If you haven't maintained your system do not think that all problems can be dealt with. Also when high 90s no system is going to keep you house ""meat locker"" cold. Also likely that if your without AC so is everyone else. Do yourself a favor and buy $100 in window and leave in box until needed.
