Warren, at Target Air Systems has been a lifesaver. His prompt response to our call, and his willingness to investigate our HVAC system's problems was amazing. He found the least expensive way to fix the system and came over several times to make sure that we understood how to keep it running well. My 96 year old mother could not have found a better company to take care of her and all her heating/air conditioning concerns. I would recommend this company without hesitation!!!

Target Air did a great job. Our new home had a furnace that needed to be replaced. Warren came out quickly and took a look. He gave a very clear explanation and laid out the different options for me in a way I could understand. We scheduled the work and he and his team got it done quickly. I would recommend and will use again in the future.

I would not recommend this company. I paid cash for a service that the tech pocketed. The company called me and sent an invoice a month later. I told them I paid cash for the service. They told me that have no control over what happens in the field. Really? They don't have a system of checks and balances in place? Chris the tech is a thief, plan and simple. I am absolutely disgusted over this and will never use them or recommend then to anyone. Stay away from Target Air Systems.

I had a problem with my hot water heater. Called Target Air Systems and got service immediately. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed the same day. I highly recommend this company!

Warren is the best. Responsive, knowledgeable and reliable! I only recently started using him, but had a serious emergency this past week - with the temp hitting 2 degrees my furnace went out overnight. Warren was at my home by 9am and had a new unit delivered within the hour. We back up with heat that afternoon. I will not be using anyone for my HVAC but Warren and Target Air...I highly recommend!

Our heating system gave out right before Thanksgiving. We were expecting company over the long weekend and it was freezing. Despite a long workday Warren came over on Tue night to take a look and sent his men early the next morning to fix the system. He was able to source the necessary materials and get it working by Wed afternoon! We truly appreciate the effort that he and his men put in to get our heating system fixed in record time. They were all knowledgeable and professional.

Have had Target Air service our furnace over the years, and have always been pleased with the service. Had no heat one morning, and funny sounds coming from the furnace. Of course, by the time the tech could get out to us the heat had come back on and the sound had stopped but he talked me through what I had heard, new what the problem was and fixed it in no time. Haven't had any repeat problems. Fast, reliable, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Can't say enough good things about them.
