Rick is the best and has done work for me over the years and have never been disappointed. I am in the trades so I know good customer service as well as quality work and Tarantino Plumbing provides it all. My water heater went out and Rick and his team where there the next day, figured out the problem and had hot water for my family in no time. I highly recommend Tarantino Plumbing as their service is excellent.

Sunday 5/27/18 the day before Memorial Day, I looked in my utility closet outside and discovered my 27 yr. old water heater was dripping from top and bottom with what looked like rusty drip marks down it! I called and left Rick a frantic message. He called and advised he'd be at my house on Memorial Day at 8am...and here he was at 7:45am! He looked at the area, that was drenched in water and said he thought he had a new water heater at his shop. He went to his shop and confirmed that the new water heater would be here & it was at 9ish am! The workers had the new water heater beautifully installed by 11:30am and hot water was up again a while later. I was sooo impressed by all this getting done in a few hrs. on a holiday. Much thanks to Rick and his workers for their speedy but perfect installation, it is appreciated.

I was referred to Rick by the HOA manager of a rental unit for a sewer line leak. Rick showed up promptly and fixed the line and repaired the deck boards that he had to remove to access it. Nice work!

I thought he was the best, having worked with him before, however one of the leaks he 'fixed' created another. I called Rick and he promised to be out the next morning but he never showed or returned any of my phone calls. But I DID receive the bill 2 days after the incomplete work. I waited to pay because I expected a phone call, never received one so I paid the bill anyway.

Very disappointed in his work and lack of professionalism and now will have to hire another plumber to fix his mistake.

Rick Tarantino is hands down the best plumber you can find! I had several issues with my plumbing and being a single woman living on my own, I was quoted very high prices. My instinct told me that I was being taken advatage of and asked my network for a referral. I was given to Rick Tarantino and I could not be happier. I finally was estimated a true cost and they came in and did the work perfectly and quickly. They saved me thousands of dollars (literally) from false quotes and did the best job I have seen. You can trust these guys and they do the best job out there. What more can you ask for!?

I wish I could say he was the best. Good and fair prices, but no follow ups on issues like a leak, tankless flushing maintenance, pressure issues. Sorry Rick.
